Construction of pipe line for Drinking Water Supply with 315mm dia HDPE 6 Kg/Cm2 HDPE PE-100 pipes including lowering, laying and jointing of pipeline as per IS7634-part-II/1975 with its amendments and revisions and as per Technical specifications as per requirements, lowering, laying and jointing of pipe lines with necessary HDPE specials true to alignment and gradient, trench of size 0.90 x 1.20 Mts excavation (Earth work excavation in all soils upto SDR using machine with 2/3rd and manual with 1/3rd) for pipelines in all soils except rock requring blasting and refilling trenches with excavated earth (other than rocky soils and boulders) with watering and tamping and removing surplus earth from site of work and filling the pipeline with water and hydro-testing to the required pressure etc., complete for finished item of work as per the Standard Specifications and as directed by the Department Engineers. The rates are inclusive of all labour charges, HDPE specials etc., complete for finished item of pipeline work, including overheads and contractors profit @13.615% for Distribution but excluding GST and Seigniorage charges

Supply and delivery of 80mm dia DI Air Valve with Body and Bonnet of Ductile Iron GGG-40/SG-400/15 or GGG-50/SG-500/7 or Equivalent as per IS1865, IS:3896-2 and Wedge fully Rubber Lined with food grade quality grade W270 grade EPDM, Replaceable Spindle Nut without gland packing with 3-O ring protection system on the Shaft and Seals of NBR. The Valves should be Vacuum tight and 100% leak proof with face to face dimensions as BS:5163 Type A/IS:14846. All the valves should be with fusion bonded Electrostatic Powder coating both inside and outside (Min 250 Microns)- RAL 5005 with Pocket Less Straight through body Passage conforming to Design standards of DIN-3202F4/BS:5163 Type A Flange drilling as per IS - 1538 excluding all taxes, duties , etc., complete, for finished item of work The rates are inclusive of cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for finished item of work for 80mm dia on 315mm dia Pipe Line
