S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top and bottom rails. M&L preparing the surface of roof slab by brushing with wire brushes for removal of loose material etc and sweeping with brooms, gunny bags and finally remove dust by compressed air by compressor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying neat cement slurry with 3 Kg of cement slurry per sqm mixed with liquid water proofing compound on surfaces of roof and plastering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L APP (Atactic Poly-propylene polymer) modified membranes, five layered, 3mm thick weighing not less than 3.6 kg/sqm, having a centre core of polyster non-woven mat (FP) reinforcement dipped in into APP modified mix and sealing all the over laps 75mm on length side and 100mm on width side of membranes by torching as per manufacturer's instructions by authorised applicator only after applying evenly a coat of bitumen VG-10 grade @ 1.20 Kg per sqm on the bottom of APP and on top of joints of APP complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified, compete all as specified and directed. (Colour as approved by GE)

M&L rolled mild steel work as in posts & struts in fencing, using angle iron or other section, including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilled holes, notching for wire etc. flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh) including all necessary drilling, bolting and riveting etc and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Unit rate is also included locking holes after fixing of barbed wire and welding to bent portion as directed.

M&L preparing new surface of steel of any description, over 10cm width or girth not other wise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches,nexc 1.50m wide and n exc 1.50m in depth for foundation,etc or for shafts,wells,cesspits,manholes,pier holes,etc n exc 10 sq m on plan and getting out any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Desludging of soakage well/soakage pit/septic tank/manhole by taking out sludge from inside of soakage well/soakge pit/septic tank/manhole and removing the sludge out of MoD land and burried the sludge in pits of depth exceeding 1.50m and of required size and covering pits with minimum 30cm thick layer of earth work complete all as specified and directed to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge (solid deposited sludge only be measured).

De-watering of soakage well/soakage pit/septic tank/manhole by taking out water collected in soakage well/soakage pit/septic tank/manhole and removing the same out of MoD land. The water disposed off in a pit of required size complete all as specified and directed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge (liquid volume above solid sludge deposition to be measured). Note: All T&P and pumping set shall be provided by the contractor.

M&L cleaning of sewage pipe line 100/150mm dia by roding from manhole to manhole/gully trap and flushing sewage line with water for cleaning including removal of sewage if any out side MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 5 mm dia and over up to 10 mm dia as in stirrups cut to length bent ot shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking end and binding with and incl mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in two coats i.e. 10mm thick in CM 1:6 and 5mm thick in CM 1:4 using water proofing liquid compound as per manufacturer's instructions on other than fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces and finishing surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F factory made Pressed steel frames of size 125mm x 60mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc. and providing one shop coat of primer and taring back side of frame, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35mm thick factory made 2nd class hard wood rail and style plain framed, panelled shutter with lock rail and panel of 9mm B.W.P commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and style as per IS:1003 (part 1) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sheet glass, 4mm thick ordinary quality and glazing exc 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stainless steel wire cloth 1.23mm nominal dia of wuire fixed with tinned tacks of stainless steel staples, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.
