FABRICATION OF TEST STATION (or Electronics Lab (air-conditioned) for testing/ repair of cards / sensors and actuators used in electronic train equipment) as per the specification attached

1.The tenderer with past performance of satisfactory execution of contracts to SC Railway, or Other Zonal Railways/Pus of same / similar items for a quantity of 20 percent or more of tendered quantity against a single contract during last three years prior to, and excluding the tender opening date may be considered as responsive to SC Railways requirements for placement of bulk and regular order. However , in cases where the tenderers are having satisfactory past supply performance of tendered items for stock items /Non stock items with IR/PU, the supply performance data available in iMMS shall be taken in to consideration while evaluating the offers of the tenders. Similar item is defined as design, fabrication, supply, installation and commissioning of electronic test stations, electronics laboratories, test benches, diagnostic workstations, electrical/electronic control panels and other integrated testing, maintenance or repair facilities for electrical, electronic, instrumentation, automation or electro mechanical equipment.

2. In case, the tenderer participates as an authorized dealer, then the performance as required above shall be that of Principal (OEM) authorizing the agent or bidder for the same OEM. It may so happen that the agent/dealer has credentials of past supply for a different Principal/OEM, then it will not be considered as performance. In case, the tenderer is authorized agent, tenderer shall submit the tender specific authorization. In case, the dealer/distributor of the OEM of the acceptable make, tenderer should upload the current authorization/dealership certificate issued by the OEM.

Offered Make: As per tender / NIL / 0 / NA / Multi brands are summarily rejected.

It shall be the responsibility of the bidders to quote correct HSN number and corresponding GST rate. Offers with PVC will be summarily rejected.

This tender complies with public procurement policy (make in india) order-2017, date 15-06-2017., or the latest circulars issued by department of Industrial promotion and policy, Ministry of commerce, circulated vide Railway Board letter no.2015/RS(G)/779/5 dated 03/08/2017 and 27/12/2017. Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) registered for the tendered item are exempt from EMD. However, Traders/distributors/agent/authorized dealers participating on the behalf of OEM/Approved vendors are not exempt from EMD and have to requisite EMD, else their offer shall be summarily rejected

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

The material shall be suitably packed to avoid distortion damage etc. during transist.
