SCHEDULE 'A'

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 Metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 Metre depth for foundation, etc., and getting out in soft/disintegrated rocks, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with soils, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing Excavated soils not exceeding 50 Metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Plain Cement Concrete Type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Plain Cement Concrete Type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grage St-240, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth applying two coats of synthetic enamel painting over one coat of redoxide primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only moorum/red bajri for filling and levelling, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Forming embankments including raising or lowering earth, spreading in layers not exceeding 30 cm thick, watering, ramming, rolling and finishing to reqd size, shape etc. not exceeding 1.5 Metre from the base, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for hardcore of guage not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for sand filling under floor or in foundations including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver blocks any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Gde with grey cement and pigment, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheeting 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws/J hooks and bolts as reqd, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 100mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in flooring, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry type C-1, 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of stone masonry surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for preparing new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint on surfaces of walls, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for pre-cast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in cover slabs set in cement Mortar 1:4 and finished all exposed surfaces of concrete even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for mild steel TMT bars 10 dia and above, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
