SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, TESTING, INTEGRATION AND COMMISSIONING OF ADDITIONAL QUANTITY OF CONTRACTED ENTITIES FOR SECURITY, SURVEILLANCE AND NETWORK INFRASTRUCTURE AT NAOB(RBI)

SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, TESTING, INTEGRATION AND COMMISSIONING OF ADDITIONAL QUANTITY OF CONTRACTED ENTITIES FOR SECURITY, SURVEILLANCE AND NETWORK INFRASTRUCTURE AT NAOB(RBI)] TO BE EXECUTED AS PART OF ONGOING PROJECT “SETTING UP OF BASE & PERIMETER ELECTRONIC SURVEILLANCE & SECURITY SYSTEM AND IT & COMMUNICATION NETWORK as per technical specification in Part-II of RFP.

Notes: (a) The Bidder is required to quote against all the items of this BOQ failing which bid shall be treated as incomplete and will be summarily rejected. (b) The amount quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of all support infrastructure, such as tools, accessories, electrical cables etc. (c) For technical specifications of all the items of this BOQ, refer to Part II of RFP. (d) All items which mandate license requirement shall be provided alongwith license. Licenses for various items/ softwares considered in the above BOQ shall have lifelong validity. (e)Quantities mentioned in BOQ are approxinmate and may vary during execution of work at site as per requirement. Payment will be made at actuals. (f) All spares are to be handed over in OEM sealed pack alongwith warranty details. The seller shall submit a certificate stating that all the supplied spares are genuine, serviceable and have full service life balance for exploitation. (g)The make & model offered by the bidder as part of this RFP should meet the Specification/ requirement as given in Part II (Para 1(e) also refers) of RFP. (j) Bidders are mandatorily to quote GST/ Taxes as applicable against each serials, falling which bid shall be treated as non bonafied and liable for rejection.
