Providing Manpower Services for Data Centre Support and IT Technical Services at KSNDMC

The Bidder should be in business related to Development and maintenance of software and data centre management in India for atleast five years as on the last date of submission of bids

Reputation of Organization / Credibility / Reliability / Industry Standing

Size of the Firm (No. of IT Professionals and details of the professionals shall be submitted along with proof of current working status). The bidder shall have a minimum of 200 technically qualified employees on its payroll as on the last date of submission of the bid.

Minimum 5 years of experience in providing IT / ITES outsourcing contracts executed during the last ten years and details of providing such manpower to the Central Government or State Government, Autonomous Bodies or Statutory Bodies or Government Companies in India

Satisfactory performance certificates from previous/current major clients (Central or State Government) for the last three consecutive years

Average annual turnover shall be not less than Rs.4,00,00,000 (Rupees Four Crores) during the last three financial years.

Copy of Company PAN Card, ISO Certificate, ESI, EPF and GST Certificate. Address Proof of office in Bengaluru, Karnataka else bidder shall submit a undertaking that an office shall be established and accessible to KSNDMC throughout the contract period.

The Bidder should not be blacklisted by Government of Karnataka or its agencies for any reasons whatsoever & The bidder should not be blacklisted by Central / any other State/UT Government or its agencies for corrupt or fraudulent practices or for indulging in unfair trade practices.

The bidder shall possess at least one valid certification from the following: ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 20000-1, ISO/IEC 27001 or CMMI Maturity Level 5, as applicable to the scope of services. The certificate shall be valid as on the last date of submission of bids and shall remain valid during the contract period, wherever applicable

The Bidder should have experience in Data Centre Management, IT Infrastructure Management, Software Application Development / Maintenance, GIS Application Development / Maintenance, Database Administration, Network Administration, DevOps or IT / ITES Managed Services in / within Central Government or State Government or Autonomous Bodies or Statutory Bodies or Government Companies in India.
