Taking down the defective split type AC unit 1.5 TR capacity, shifting to work shop, taking out the defective unserviceable hermetically sealed compressor from the unit, replacing the compressor with new compressor of the same capacity, fixing to the unit, interconnecting the refrigerating lines, flushing out the cooling coil & condenser, removal the coil & carbon thoroughly, cleaning with CTC, leak testing, pressure testing with Nitrogen gas, dehydrating, vacuumization, charging of oil/ refrigerant gas, testing at work shop, shifting to the location for reinstalling the same in its original position, connecting up all electrical connections and testing. Taking down the Indoor damaged blower unit of any make 1.5/2 TR capacity split type AC and supply & fixing of new blower unit of suitable type and testing & commissioning the unit. Make: CARRIER/BLUE STAR/VOLTAS/LG/LLOYD or equivalent as approved by GE

Complete scraping out of the rusted painting surfaces of the complete body of out door unit metallic surface, cleaning the surface thoroughly, apply putty/metal paste, prepare the surface, apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer for 1.5/2 TR capacity split type ACs. Make of Paint: Asian/Berger/Nerolac/Jenson & Nicholson or equivalent as approved by GE Note: All the ACs shall be got lettering MES NO., GE (P) Navy Kalinga of appropriate size not less than 1.5 cm.

Cleaning, flushing the refrigeration system thoroughly with CTC and Nitrogen gas, leak testing and locating the leaks, rectifying the leaks by brazing the joints, replacing the damaged copper pipes, silver rod/copper, pressure testing, dehydrating, vacuumization, gas charging and testing & commissioning the system including required strainer, N2 gas, refrigeration gas etc. for 1.5/2TR capacity split type AC or 1.5 TR capacity window type AC.

Taking down the unserviceable temperature sensor probes and supply & fixing new sensor probe of existing make and capacity for split type AC unit and testing & commissioning. Make: Siemens/Blue star/Carrier/LG or any make as approved by the GE.

Taking down the defective unserviceable printed circuit board and supply & fixing of new printed circuit board of existing/same make and capacity for split type AC unit. Make: Siemens/Blue star/Carrier/ABB or any make as approved by the GE.

Taking down the defective unserviceable outdoor sealed fan motor and supply & fix new sealed fan motor of existing make and capacity for 1.5/2 TR capacity split type AC. Make: AUE/FREE FLOW or equivalent as approved by GE

Taking down the damaged air filter set and supply & fixing new air filter set of existing make and capacity for 1.5/2 TR capacity split type ACs. Make: Siemens/Blue Star/Carrier/LG or any make as approved by the GE.

Taking down the defective unserviceable running capacitor and supply & fixing new 25/ 36 MFD running capacitor, +5% SH, 440 Volts, AC 50/60HZ and testing. Make: Sarada/Unistar or any make as approved by the GE.

Taking down the defective unserviceable running capacitors of combination 45 MFD, +5% SH, 440 Volts, AC 50 Hz suitable for compressor, out door unit fan motor of the split unit 1.5/2 TR capacity and testing. Make: Sarada/Unistar or any make as approved by the GE.

Taking down the defective unserviceable starting capacitor 80/100 MFD, 230 Volts, 50Hz and supply & fixing the new starting capacitor of the same capacity to split/window type ACs and testing. Make: Sarada/Unistar or any make as approved by the GE.

Taking down defective unserviceable running capacitor for out door unit/window type ACs and supply & fixing new capacitor of 4/6 MFD, 440 Volts, AC 50 Hz and testing. Make: Sarada/Unistar or any make as approved by the GE.

Taking down the defective unserviceable starting relay and supply & fixing new relay suitable for 1.5/2TR window/split type ACs and testing. Make: ARAVIND/SHRIRAM or any make as approved by the GE.

Taking down the defective unserviceable thermostatic switch and supply & fixing new thermostatic switch suitable for window type ACs and testing. Make: Ranco/Danfoss/Honeywell/Indfoss or any make as approved by the GE.

Taking down the damaged drain pipe and supply & fixing of new insulated drain pipe suitable for split type ACs. Make: Siemens/Blue star/Carrier/LG or any make as approved by the GE.

Taking down the defective capillary tube set and supply & fixing new capillary set suitable for split type ACs . Make: Siemens/Blue star/Carrier/LG or any make as approved by the GE.

Taking down the rusted outdoor unit stand and supply & fixing the new stand with anchor fastener, nut & bolts and rubber bushes for 1.5/2 TR split units .

Taking down the burnt outdoor unit fan motor, rewinding, overhauling, renewal of worn out shaft & bushes and fixing to the unit of 1.5/2 TR capacity split units . Make: Siemens/Blue star/Carrier/LG or any make as approved by the GE.

Taking down the burnt outdoor fan motor, overhauling, rewinding, replacement of worn out shaft & bushes and fixing to the unit of 1.5 TR window type ACs . Make: Siemens/Blue Star/Carrier/LG or any make as approved by the GE.

Taking down the defective remote control Assembly unit and supply & fixing of new remote control unit for split type AC of 1.5/2 TR capacity of any make/model and testing . Make: Siemens/Blue Star/Carrier/LG or any make as approved by the GE.

Taking down the defective unserviceable sealed fan motor of indoor unit of any make split unit of 1.5/2 TR capacity and supply & fixing new fan motor suitable for split type ACs . Make: Siemens/Blue Star/Carrier/LG or any make as approved by the GE.

Taking down the burned wiring kit and supply & fixing and testing of new wiring kit suitable for 1.5/2 TR capacity split and window type AC units . Make: Siemens/Blue Star/Carrier/LG or any make as approved by the GE.

Taking down by disconnecting water connections and shifting water coolers of capacity 40/80,60/120 Ltrs. to work shop, taking down the defective sealed compressor and replace with new compressor including flushing the complete system condenser, cooling coil with Nitrogen gas, removal all carbon, oil & dirt, brazing & connecting the refrigeration lines, de-hydrating, purging with refrigerant, vacuumization and charging of R22/134a refrigerant and testing & commissioning and shifting to original location and connecting up the electrical & water connections . Make: Kirloskar/Emerson/Accel/Techumesh/Bluestar/Carrier or any make as approved by the GE.

M&L for complete tinkering the corroded sheet metal parts, side panel, door, with existing gauge MS sheet and renewal of the bottom base plate, mounting lets, fan motor base plate and condenser cover etc., with existing size gauge GI sheet, with required angle Iron, nut & bolts all as per the existing size and shape including cutting, bending, welding and completing fixing all other components and nesting the hole of watertight and making the door properly sit without any gap including float set and washer complete scraping old paint, prepare the surfaces, applying two coats of zinc oxide and complete cleaning the water tank and shifting to the location and testing any capacity of water coolers . Make of Paint: Asian/Berger /Nerolac/Jenson & Nicholson or any make as approved by the GE. Note: All ACs shall be got lettering MES NO., GE (P) Navy Kalinga of appropriate size not less than 1.5 cm.

Taking down 40/80 Ltrs. capacity water coolers, transporting to workshop flushing out the cooling coil, condenser, brazing the refrigerant lines, replacing of liquid line copper strainer, leak testing, purging with refrigerant, vacuumization and charging of R22, testing & commissioning and shifting to the location and connecting up the electrical & water connections etc.

All as per item No.30 as above but 60/120 Ltrs. capacity water coolers. Make for Item Nos. 30 & 31: Kirloskar/Tecumesh/Emerson/ Bluestar/Usha or any make as approved by the GE.

Painting the water cooler including scraping out the old paint prepare the surface, painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer including necessary putty, metal paste etc. and disconnecting from the position and refixing after painting for any capacity of the water coolers . Make of the Paint: Asian/Berger/Nerolac/Jenson & Nicholson Note: All ACs/Refrigerators/water coolers shall be got lettering MES NO., GE (P) Navy Kalinga of appropriate size not less than 1.5 cm.

Dismantling the water cooler, checking for the leaks by pressure testing and carry out the lead soldering to cooling coil and the tank outer surface wherever the detached portion is found including rectifying the leaked portion and re-assembling the water cooler of any capacity .

Taking down the defective starting relay and supply & fixing of new starting relay for any capacity water cooler .

Taking down the defective overload relay and supply & fixing of new over load relay suitable for any capacity water cooler . Make for Item Nos. 34 & 35: ARAVIND/SHRIRAM or any make as approved by the GE.

Taking down the defective running capacitor and supply & fixing new running capacitor 20/10 MFD, 440 Volts, AC 50 Hz suitable for water cooler of any capacity.

Taking down the defective starting capacitor and supply & fixing new starting capacitor 60/80 MFD, 230V, 270 SU, 50 Hz for water cooler upto 120 Ltrs. capacity . Make for item Nos. 36 & 37: SARADA/UNISTAR or any make as approved by the GE.

Taking down the defective thermostatic switch and supply & fixing new thermostatic switch for water coolers of any capacity . Make: ANNAPURNA/RANTRO/INDFOSS or any make as approved by the GE.

Taking down the damaged push cock and supply & fixing new chromium plated lift/push type cock of 15/ 20 mm bore for water cooler of any capacity .

Taking down the damaged float valve and supply & fixing new brass float valve of 15/ 20 mm bore for water cooler of any capacity .

Taking down the damaged drain connections and drain pipe and supply & fixing of new drain connection and drain pipe with necessary clamps, nipple, coupling etc., for any capacity water cooler .

Taking down the defective unserviceable sealed fan motor and supply & fixing new fan motor with suitable capacitor for water cooler 40/80 & 60/120 ltrs. capacity . Make: AUE or any make as approved by the GE.

Taking down the damaged condenser fan blade and supply & fixing new fan blade suitable for 40/80 & 60/120 capacity water coolers .

Taking down the corroded air cooler condenser and supply & fixing new air cooled condenser with necessary brackets and fixing arrangements including welding brazing etc., for water cooler 40/80 & 60/120 Ltrs. capacity .

Taking down the defective sealed compressor of refrigerator 180/230 Ltrs. capacity and replacing with new sealed compressor, flushing out the cooling coil, condenser brazing the refrigerant lines, leak testing, pressure testing, purging, vacuumization, charging of gas, testing & commissioning including to and fro transportation to workshop and fixing back in location . Make: LG/HITACHI/INDFOSS or any make as approved by the GE.

All as per item No.45 above but refrigerator 280 Ltrs. capacity.

Taking down the damaged relay and supply & fixing new relay for refrigerator suitable upto 230 Ltrs. capacity .

Taking down the damaged thermostatic switch and supply & fixing new thermostatic switch for any capacity refrigerator .

S&F in repairs, single pole and neutral sheet metal enclosures with a two pin and earth plug and socket 240 V, 50 HZ complete with one single pole MCB 20 A suitable for split/window type ACs . Make: STANDARD/HAVELLS/C&S or any make as approved by the GE.

Taking down the complete corroded sheet metal body of our door unit of split unit and supply & fixing of new out door unit suitable for 1.5 TR capacity split unit including dismantling the components and reassembling and fixing to the existing location and testing for any make/model of split unit .

All as per item No.50 above but 2 TR capacity split AC.

Taking down the corroded air cooled condenser and supply & fixing of new air cooled condenser suitable for 1.5 TR capacity split AC .

Carrying out the complete servicing to window type ACs including taking down from the position, dismantling the sheet metal parts, blowing out the dust, carrying out the chemical cleaning to chocked cooling coil & condenser coil, by spraying the dilated chemical cleaning agent till removal of complete chocking, flushing across the coils, cleaning all the sheet metal parts, filter, grill and fixing all the dismantled parts with sheet metal screws, lubricating the fan motor bush/bearing, checking all the electrical connections, renewing the burned legs/clip if any and replacing the unserviceable spare items such as starting capacitor, running capacitor, starting relays, thermostatic switch, drain pipe, capillary tube set, burnt fan motor etc. All the unserviceable items which is going to replace will be paid separately catered in the BOQ

Taking down the defective deep freezer of 300 Ltrs. capacity, shifting to work shop, taking out the defective sealed compressor from the unit and replacing the compressor with the factory reconditioned compressor of the same make and capacity, flushing out the cooling coils and condenser with carbon dioxide/nitrogen gas, removal of complete oil and carbon chocking brazing lines interconnection, renewal of the drier filter, pressure testing, vacuumization, dehydration, charging of R-134a gas, testing at work shop and transportation back to the site and refixing the deep freezer in its original position . Taking down the defective unserviceable condenser fan motor with blades of deep freezer and supply and fix of new fan motor with fan blades suitable for 500 Ltrs. capacity deep freezer .

Repairs of voltage stabilizer for automatic operation single phase, 5 KVA capacity, naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 130 Volts to 300 Volts with out put voltage 220 Volts with accuracy of +2.5% .
