Risk and Cost contract for completion of incomplete work (Superstructure and related works as per enclosed drawings) for design and construction of 60 mtr single span (C/C of abutment bearings) PSC Box Girder type super structure bridge (Chak Nallah Bridge) on open foundation at Km 7.525 over Kishan Gangs River on Dawar-Niru-Baruab-Chakwali-Kaobalgali Road under Project Beacon in J&K State (UT) as per NIT drawing and based on ground data, Special Conditions , Particular Specifications of the tender documents including load testing of superstructure as specified, including design, launching/erection of staging works as required, Decking, Wearing coat having non skid surface, strip seal expansion joints, hand railings, kerbs, crash barrier, guard posts, drainage arrangement over carriage way and footpath, service arrangement for utilities, painting all exposed steel works and kerbs ,protective works, temporary river training works , diversions and all other items of works required and necessary, 1.5 mtr wide footpath both side and all other items of works required and necessary for complete construction of the bridge including curing but excluding works on approaches and approach slab.
