Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets light fittings etc. Removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors, etc.

Taking down service wire of 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor of any size as specified and directed by Enginneer-in-charge.

M&L for point wiring for light/fan/bell with FRLS cable 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated (red for phase and black for neutral) unsheathed, multi stranded copper conductor 1100 volt grade in and incl not less than 2mm thick PVC casing/caping with all accessories and 1.5 sqmm green in colour PVC multistranded, copper conductor FRLS cable for earth continuity connected to common earth dolly incl MS sunken box/PVC box, surface/ flush type with 3 mm thick pre laminated hylem sheet for mounting fittings such as switches, sockets, fan regulators etc complete all as specified and directed for one light/fan /bell point controlled by one switch & making good to disturbed surface of wall etc as specified and directed by Enginneer-in-charge.

All as per item No.3 above but for multi 5 pin 5 amps flush type socket outlet on same board.

All as per item No.3 above but for multi 5 pin 5 amps flush type socket outlet on independent board.

All as per item No 3 above but with 2.5 sqmm cable and 2.5 sqmm for earth continuity for 5 pin 15 amps multi pin flush type socket outlet on independent board.

Supply and fix in replacement MCB Distribution board , 240 volts single pole and neutral ,single door, sheet steel, enclosure powder coated with 200Amps rated busbar with neutral link, 8 ways, SPN QVE Serics , fixed on wall duly grouted in solid block wall or on wooden board with electrical connection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement MCB Distribution board , 240 volts single pole and neutral ,single door, sheet steel, enclosure powder coated with 200Amps rated busbar with neutral link, 4 ways, SPN QVE Serics , fixed on wall duly grouted in solid block wall or on wooden board with electrical connection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.(Make: Havells,Anchor, Schneider)

Supply and fix in replacement MCB Distribution board , 240 volts single pole and neutral ,single door, sheet steel, enclosure powder coated with 200Amps rated busbar with neutral link, 2 ways, SPN QVE Serics , fixed on wall duly grouted in solid block wall or on wooden board with electrical connection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.

Note : Deduction for amount of Rs 30,266.00 as listed in Schedule A Part - II ( Schedule of Credit) shall be made while awarding of contract.
