I-Electrical arrangement

Supply & laying of HDPE pipe of 75 mm dia, pressure rating up to 4 PN (Material 1 grade PE 63) conforming to IS 4984 /1995 in the excavated cable trench /Existing trench and threading of LTUG cable and termination at either ends (Cable will be supplied free, departmentally at TVC and transportation will be provided by railway. Loading and un-loading operation has to be arranged by contractor).

Supply & fixing of cast iron cable route indicator marked with " LT CABLE" including grouting with cement concrete

Supply And fixing of cable gland suitable for LTUG cable 4 core x 95 Sq.mm and termination using aluminium socket duly crimped with suitable size heat shrinkable sleeve.

Supply and fixing and commissioning of IS/IEC certified 1 No. 125 A 25 KA 4P MCCB in metal enclosure ( termination of supply with 95 sq mm cable)

Fabrication, supply and fixing of wall/stanchion mounted outdoor type metal box of 5 size 300 x 300 x 200 mm size fabricated out of 10 SWG CRCA sheet powder coated finish and fitted with 4 Nos. 40 x 10 mm aluminium bus bar including fixing hardware and locking arrangements. Provision has to be given for cable glands)(cut-bunk)

Fabrication, supply, erection and commissioning of indoor supply bunk fabricated out 6 of 14 SWG MS sheet powder coated finish and fitted with (1) 1 No.160 A 4P 25 KA MCCB as in commer (2)01 No 125 A 25 KA MCCB(3) 03 Nos. 63 A 25 KA 4 P MCCB (4) 04 Nos 40 x 6 mm copper bus bar (appx length 1.5 M each), as per Drg No. V/E.30/2025-26. & Provision for wall mounting

Excavation of cable trench 0.3 m wide x 1.0 m deep (preferably) in ordinary soil, back filling of the excavated cable trench (After laying of cables) , ramming & consolidation properly

Excavation of cable trench 0.3 m wide x 0.1 m deep (up to the depth of tarr/concrete) in tarred/concreted surface back filling of the excavated cable trench After laying of cables), ramming & consolidation properly.

Concreting the top portion of the cable trench excavated in tarred/concreted surface to a depth of 10.0 cm, using 1:2:4 mix with M sand

Excavation of cable trench 0.3m wide x 1.0 m deep under/side of railway tracks, duly 10 removing stone ballast, back filling of the excavated cable trench (After laying of cable with HDPE pipe), ramming & consolidation properly and providing back the removed stone ballasts (The work should be carried out very carefully since space constraints and care should be exercised to protect signal cables)

Supply and laying of 8 SWG GI wire and termination on either end as required at site

Supply and laying/fixing of GI earth strip of size 25X3 mm and termination as required at site

Provision of earthing arrangements as per drg No.V/E.G. 362 and connecting with earthing terminals by means of 2 runs of 6 SWG G.I wire

II-Electrification of Shed

Supply, erection testing and commissioning of MCB 6 Way Vertical Distribution Board , three phase 8 + 18 Modules IP-43 protected, CRCA sheet enclosure powder coated with suitably 14 rated insulated copper bus bars for phase, with neutral & earth bars, shrouds, cement spill protector, color coded inter-connecting wire sets, cable ties etc as applicable and fitted with the following accessories (1) one No. 63 A 4P MCB & (2) one No. 63 A 4P RCCB 100 mA as incommer (3) 2 No 32 A 3 P MCB (4) 12 Nos 6 to 32 A SP MCB in a concealed/open manner as required at site. The MCBs shall be IS/IEC certified

Supply, erection testing and commissioning of MCB 8 Way Distribution Board , single 15 phase 8 Modules IP-43 protected, CRCA sheet enclosure powder coated with suitably rated insulated copper bus bar for phase, with neutral & earth bars, shrouds, cement spill protector, color coded inter-connecting wire sets, cable ties etc as applicable and fitted with 8 Nos 6 to 15 A SP MCB in a concealed/open manner as required at site. The MCBs shall be IS/IEC certified (For light control)

Supply, fixing and commissioning of Electronic KWH meter Three phase 10-60A in MS metering bunk of size 450x300x200 fabricated out of 14 SWG

Supply & fixing a of 63 A 4 P MCB in the metering bunk

Design, fabrication and supply of Control Panel unit for 24 Volts DC/AC consisting of 3 Nos of suitable capacity SMPS units enclosed in sheet steel enclosure with all connected safety accessories.

Supply and fixing of CPVC pipe SDR-13.5 of size 40mm with bolts and brackets at a distance of 1 metre with all connected accessories complete in pit line (in open/concealed manner) (Acceptable makes of pipes: Sudhakar/ Asirvad/ Appollo/ Dutron/Astral)

Supply and fixing of CPVC 40 mm dia straight plain coupling/L bow as required at site.

Supply & fixing of brackets with 2 Nos. of anchor bolts for fixing of CPVC Pipe at a distance of not more than 1.0 m with all necessary accessories complete in the pit line

Cutting & chipping of cement concrete bed flooring with machine to a depth of 30cm with width 10cm and laying the CPVC pipe duly bringing back the cement flooring to original shape & condition

Design, fabrication and supply of 16W LED light fitting, Aluminium die cast with dust and water proof protection with necessary hardware/material suitable to work on 24V DC 3 dimensional type for pit lighting (10+4+2) W, generally as per enclosed drg.

Fixing, connecting and commissioning of LED light fittings in pit line with required masonry work, mounting bolts and nuts complete

Supply & drawing of PVC insulated FRLS copper cable of 10.0sq.mm four runs & 10 sq mm one run as earth wire conforming to IS 694, through PVC conduit mentioned including termination in a standard manner as required at site (Meter box to DB)
