Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Technical Criteria

Past Experience

Satisfactorily completed as prime Supplier/tenderer, at least one similar nature of services such as Providing Vehicle Service of value not less than Rs 4.80 Lakhs in any one year of the last Five years (2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26)

Satisfactory Performance Certificate

The tenderer shall have an experience of providing vehicle service to any Government Departments/ Hospitals /Organizations in any one year of the last five year (2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26).

Work Done Certificate

Capabilities of Vendor

The tenderer shall be registered firm (Travel Agency/Individual)

Others -- Relevant Document

The tenderer shall have a Turnover of at least 9.60 lakhs in any Two year of last 5 Financial years(2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26)
