Dismantling monoblock pump set centrifugal type of cap 25 HP, AC, 3 phase, 415 volts from site after disconnecting of electric connection, suction and delivery line, taking out to work shop, opening of motor, taking out old worn-out / burnt-out winding complete, cleaning the slots properly and rewinding with supper enamelled copper wire as per existing gauge and varnishing complete, dismantling pump set for overhauling, replacing u/s shaft sleeve, gland packing, bush, water seal, applying grease etc and reassembling the complete pump after repairs and replacement of parts as required, refixing the same at site incl. electric and piping connections complete, checking for satisfactory working all as directed by Enginner-in-charge. (Note : Cost of dismantling and refixing deemed to be included in quoted rate)
