Dismantling of 11/0.4KV transformer by way of disconnecting of all HT and LT connections, opening of top lid, draining out of T-oil and its safe placement for further refilling, taking out of coils after removal of core assembly etc. Job also includes detaching of core HV/LV connections

Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading, and handling of various items of induction motor to workshop, in a load carrier auto, mini-van or similar approximately 25km on an average.

Providing & fitting of finished new aluminium wire windings with insulation in place of damaged windings including labour costs and providing & fitting of insulating material like HT paper, lathered, cotton tape, sleeves, varnishing of the coil and heating in the heating chamber per kg of winding (12 coils @ 05kg/coil approximately)

Complete assembling of 11/0.4 KV transformer after cleaning of tank, fitting of coil assembly in the tank. Job further includes closing of transformer lid by way of fitting of nuts, bolts, gaskets, insulators etc . Refilling of T-oil in tank. Reconnecting HT/LT connection and testing

Providing and fitting of LT 20 mm brass metal part stem part with allied fittings of transformer bushings.

Topping of the transformer by providing & filling fresh T-Oil.

Credit valve of old scrap as 80% of weight of coil.
