DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removing debris to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection laid in alternate panels, 50mm thick finished even and smooth without using extra cement including forming construction joints filled with bitumen grade A mixed with sand in ratio 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floor finishes 40mm thick laid in panels & finished even and smooth without using extra cement and including glass dividing strips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing cement concrete type B0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

M & L for providing precast chequered cement concrete tiles of size 20cmx20cmx25mm thick set & jointed in neat cement slurry over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cm(1:6) with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm and not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors over and including 15mm thick screed in CM 1:6 etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shades of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface, 450x350x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces including finishing the surfaces even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 mixed with waterproofing compound on faces of brick work or concrete surface including finishing the surfaces even and fair complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquied water proofing compound.

M & L for preparing new surfaces, plastered or unplasterd old decorated wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of wall putty of 1mm thckness over plastered surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.
