Specifications: Make: Blue Star. Model: (i) LCAX1-0495DA ( Sl # 101771A– G16) 1 No. (ii) LCAX1-0495DA ( Sl # 101771B– G16) 1 No. Capacity: 141 TR X 2 Nos = 282TR Packaged chillers/ condensing unit/ packaged units with accessories like condenser/ chilled water pumps/cooling tower fans including/excluding air handling units, blowers will be operated daily.

Scope of work: To undertake service & Repair the plant for three years during normal working hours by carring out. a). Keeping all equipment externally cleaned. b). Checking water level and float valve operations in cooling tower, make up water and expansion tank, check compressor oil level wherever applicable. c). Checking all the rotating machines for smoothness of drive, vibration and noise level. d). Checking and adjusting belt tension of all V belt drives, if required e). Checking of starters for smooth operation. Monthly checks and service include: a). Subject to making the equipment available to blue star for checks and services, the following will be carried out. b). All bearings will be checked and lubricated if required. c). Alignment of driven machine with driving machine will be checked and rectified if required. d). Evaporator coils will be inspected and cleaned with compressed air or water if required, subject to availability of such medium for the purpose of cleaning at site. The cleaning medium shall be made available by the customer. e). Refrigeration piping and shaft seal wherever applicable will be inspected for signs of external leaks. f). Checking gland leakages of the pump valves. Note : Service reports of AC units must be sent to ; the O/o Divisional Engineer (Elec) - II and concerned Dy.Exe.Engineer (Elec) - SBH&AE/AEE(Elec) soon after each service.
