Display of creative Aerial Animation using 500 Swarm Drones for a duration of 15 minutes alongwith background sound, light and commentary on 16 Dec 2023 with comprehensive Technical and logistic support to include technical team travel, F&B, local transport and provision of technical expertise for the event and provision of testing and full dress rehearsal on 15 Dec 2023
Creation of software configuration and animation story boarding to include minimum ten animations as per user theme of Vijay varsh and Geofencing of the Arial Drone animation area for safety precautions including obtaining DGCA approval and deployment of certified drone pilot.
Transport of 500 Drones to Kolkata from supplier location within India for the show.
Provision of Temporary German Hanger Tent for storage and preparation of drones and technical working area for 05 days with following specifications:- (a) Water proof. (b) Air conditioned to sustain the heat generated from charging of main, alternative and standby batteries of drones. (c) 1500 Sqft (30 ft x 50 ft) area with wooden platform. (d) 02 x 5 KW electricity supply and DG Set power backup. (e) Power sockets 16 Amperes quantity 20. (f) Halogen and tubelight illumination to work during night. (g) Technical Area with chairs & Tables for entire technical team of 25 persons.
Provision of 500 Swarm Drone take off area for the show with following specification:- (a) 45 m x 45 M ground area. (b) Carpeted to cover the ground undulations and provide flat and safe take off space for 500 Drones. (c) Provision of controller platform for the Drone show with following specifications: - (i) 8ft Height. (ii) 8ft x 10ft platform area with stairs for climbing. (iii) Including Trussing and Scaffolding.
