OD247431/2025-2026: Fully Comprehensive Annual Maintenance contract of 5-15 HP Vacuum motor pump set , D.O.L starter ,controlling electrical accessories , etc including attending all repairs , reconditioning the damaged parts , replacing spares with original make as per sample , dismantling and refitting , removing foreign bodies , renewal of gland packing , gasket packing , rubber packing , greasing the bearing etc as and when required including overhauling of pump, maintenance of the motor pump sets , pipes , starter and valves electrical accessories etc complete in good working condition(excluding motor rewinding, works arrived due to natural and man made disaster like flood, landslide etc)all time during the period of contract and the faults should be rectified with in the time allowed.

OD75292/2025-2026: Lifting the 5-10 HP motor after disconnecting the wire connection, decoupling the pump, detaching from the base plate, starters, TP switches etc. using chain block, rope, chain etc. and placing them conveniently on the platform.

OD75299/2025-2026:Lifting the 61-110 HP motor after disconnecting the wire connection, decoupling the pump, detaching from the base plate, starters, TP switches etc. using chain block, rope, chain etc. and placing them conveniently on the platform.

OD75296/2025-2026:Dismantling the61-110 HP motor into stator and rotor, cleaning the windings attending minor repairs, re taping the coils if necessary, varnishing the coils with best quality insulation varnish, cleaning and greasing the bearings with good quality grease, heating the windings, reassembling, test running including scrapping, cleaning and painting with enamel paint.

OD75302/2025-2026:Dismantling the 61-110 HP starters by parts draining out the oil, cleaning the tank, terminal contacts, cutting, leveling and polishing the contacts, cleaning contacts wherever necessary, checking the tripping mechanism, replacing the damaged wires, attending minor repairs, cleaning the oil, (in case of oil starters), refitting, resetting and making the starter in good working condition.

OD84840/2025-2026:Overhauling 61-110HP split case pump, dismantling the pump, overhauling the same, taking out the impeller shaft assembly, detaching impeller shaft assembly, reconditioning the impeller and shaft, reconditioning the worn-out shaft and impeller by welding, metaling, cutting, grinding if necessary and dynamically balancing including providing coupling bolt, replacing the bearing etc. refitting the same in pump.

OD258456/2025-2026:Charges for rewinding the burnt rotor/stator - separate motor in to stator and rotor, dismantling the damaged rotor/stator winding from the rotor/stator slots, cleaning the slots neatly, insulating the slots with correct class of insulating paper, winding the rotor/stator with good quality correct gauge of super enamelled copper winding wires, closing the rotor/stator slots with fibre wedges, putting proper inter layer insulation, connecting the coil end connection, providing new stator/rotor lead wire, steel binding the overhang with proper insulation at both ends, heating the coils and varnishing with good quality insulation varnish, keep it for drying, reassembling and test running.
