SPECIAL REPAIRS TO HANGER NO.2 DOOR AT AFS BIDAR

Repairs and motorisation of existing hanger doors of clear opening 29.20 mtr x 8.00 mtr (closed position) consisting of 06 door leaves, each door of 4.92 mtr X 8.00 mtr size , bi - parting type including necessary modifications to the wheels, gantries etc., including fixing up with suitable type electric motors not less than 3 HP capacity and suitable heavy grade reduction gears so as to movement of hanger doors harizontally inward and outwards complete all as specified and as directed with the following :-

(a) Dismantling of exisiting hanger door with required T &P door dimensions - 29.20 m wide x 8.00 m height total 6 leaves, 3 on each side, bi-parting leaf size 4.92 mtr x 8.00 mtr . (Weight of each leaf - 1.0 Ton approximatly)

(b) Identification and replacement of damanged parts of Bottom wheel, Top roller, Drive Assembly with idler system beams, tee, angle iron section, rails, guides and steel sheets complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Items to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately under respective items

(c) Re-installation of repaired hanger door with required T&P and greasing all wheels & Railings, "D' shape Neoprene gasket should be fixed at edge of both leafs meeting at centre meeting point of two door leaf in each entries and nylon bush should be fixed at the bottom of door leaf for removing small obstacles at bottom track.

(d) Testing and commisioning of hanger doors including provision of Heavy Duty rubber buffer at parking bay to avoid jerk in doors while staging at parking bay.

(e) Making good all disturbed masonry / concrete / PQC for fixing rails / steel surfaces to match with the existing surfaces complete all as directed.

(f) Bottom rail as per existing shall be aligned thorough check in detail and and it should be maintained at FFL. The new rails shall be fixed at the bottom grouted in such a manner that it supports the top shutter and the channel shall be embedded with PQC.

(g) Existing top guide track shall be aligned. Damaged top guide channel should be replaced , cleat should be fixed on top guide to prevent door leaf from falling down in case derailing of door leaf.

(h) Provision shall also be made for manual operation of door and breaking system and also provide handle for manual declutching near motor.

Supply only Bottom wheel assembly of heavy duty 300 mm thread diameter, double flanged EN-8 steel grade forged wheels with hardness 300 to 350 BHN with ZZ sealed maintenance free ball bearings complete all as specified and as directed

Supply only Top roller assembly of heavy duty 100 mm thread diameter, EN-8 steel grade forged wheels with hardness 300 to 350 BHN with ZZ sealed maintenance free ball bearings and should be placed in channel / rail so that it will not slip from the guides at any time and ensure free movement of panel leaf complete all as specified and as directed

S & F Test Drive Assembly along with idlier assembly system , the drive assembly system shall be housed in fully enamelled weather proof box with suitable electrical induction motor of suitable type and capacity not less than 3 HP, three phase (Motor should be fitted to master leaf) with suitable heavy grade speed reduction gear attachments for the movement of main leaf along with subsequent movemen of slave leaf - 2 Nos with slave arrangement mechanism including suitable declutching facility for manual operation . The speed of door movement shall be as per International Standard ie 7 to 8 mtr per minute complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Limit switches for automatic cutoff for all driving leaves complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Control panel board made out of 2.0 mm thick MS box, indoor type weather proof with TP MCBs 32 Amps- 1 Nos of suitable rating, emergency stop switch one set for each driving leaf consisting suitable relays, power and auxiliary contactors MK-1 type - 1 No, over load and under voltage protections and single phase preventor etc., with suitable hooters / blinkers and push button switches for forward and reverse movements including suitable bus bars, indication lamps, interlock contactors, warnings lights etc . All controll cables from panel to motors of suitable rating shall be fixed with cable trailing / bunching arrangement with suitable cable carriers , festooms etc , as per the designed requirement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Rolled mild steel sections as in running rails and guides for sliding doors fixed with angle cleats, connecting plates etc, conforming to Fe-290, Grade-E-165 complete all as specifed and as directed.

Supply only Rolled mild steel as in heavy bracket framing (beam,tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces etc, conforming to Fe-290, Grade-E-165 complete all as specifed and as directed.

Supply only Prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not other wise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of old steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not other wise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.
