Providing and fixing of M.S. Garden Grill of required pattern as per approved design and specification in frames etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete.

Provision for Galvanised steel bolts 10 mm dia and 7 cm long with nuts for fixing of adjacent Garden Grill etc. complete

Earth work in rough excavation for fixing of Garden grill, banking excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, breaking clods, watering, rolling each layer with ½ tonne roller or wooden or steel rammers, and rolling every 3rd and top-most layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonnes and dressing up in embankments for roads, flood banks, marginal banks and guide banks or filling up ground depressions, lead upto 50 mand lift upto 1.5 m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete for fixing of Garden Grill in 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size and clean coarse sand of requisite F.M. (2.5to 3) including finishing placing in position, curring etc. complete.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, old blistered paint from the surface of existing M.S. Grill and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth etc. complete.

Applying priming coats to existing grill with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content with ready mixed red oxide zinc chromatic on steel /iron works having VOC content less than 250 grams/litre.

Painting two coats to new and existing grill with synthetic enamel paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 150 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour.

Providing, fitting and fixing in position 12W Solar LED Street Light with inbuilt battery and 20W Solar Panel. This solar street lighting set has a built in dusk-to-dawn sensors which automatically switches on the system during dark, and switches of the light when the sun is out. The unit comes with all the necessary batter overcharge and deep discharge protection circuits. The battery built in the luminary is SMF 6V 13500mAh. Ideal pole height should be 4.0m - 5.0m. Backup time on a fully charged battery is 12 to 14 hours and including cost of fabrication material like pole or mounting structure for the solar panel etc. complete for illumination of Benisagar, Distt.West Singhbhum
