REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF OLD UNSV/DAMAGED LT CABLE OF SIZE 185 SQMM X 3.5 CORE FOR WATER SUPPLY INSTALLATION AT AIR FORCE STATION KHAMBHALIYA UNDER GE(AF) JAMNAGAR NO2 1. M & L for disconnection electric connection from LT panel, taking out old/unsv/damaged LT panel of size 120 sqmm x 3.5 core alongwith PCC cable cover from trenches, megger testing of cable & placed at site for repair/replacement - 01 Job. 2. Laying only XLPE insulated, PVC inner sheathed, armoured with galvanised steel strip or wire, heavy duty, LT underground cable ISI marked with aluminium multistranded conductor 1100 volt grade of size 185 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches/duct passing through pipe/duct or fixed on pole and connecting complete using suitable size lugs and nuts/bolts compelete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge- 500 RM. Note : XLPE cable shall be issued under sch 'B' free for fixing only. 3. Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation/fixing pole/laying cable and pipe line etc or for man hole etc not exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and directed- 133.38Cum. 4. M & L for providing dry river sand as in sand cushioning below and above cable of the thickness specified in SSR to under ground electric cable including punning down of sand in layer all as specified and directed- 42.75Cum. 5. Laying only PCC cable cover of size 300mm x 180x 40mm thick alfter sorting out serviceable /undamaged cover from the trenches all as specified and directed-2000 Nos. 6. Supplying and laying reinforced precast concerte cable cover, class LV Type 2, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm thick all as specified and directed-612 Nos. 7. Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick using excavated soil complete all as specified and directed-74.71Cum. 8. Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed- 58.67Cum. 9. M & L for jointing, connecting and testing, straight through cable jointing kit suitable for LT cablle of size 185 sqmm x 3.5 core 1100 Volts, epoxy based complete with jointing material and all standard accessories complete all as specified and as directed- 01 No. 10. Testing and commissioning on load complete - 01 Job.
