Conducting topographical survey, geological investigation and design of the scheme for installation of automated water sprinkling system for acceptance of OMC.
Topographical survey and geological investigation & basic design of scheme
Conducting detailed design and engineering for all civil, PH, Electrical, Mechanical and instrumentation work for sprinkler system
Detail engineering of civil and PH works, Pump House / Control Room, Pipe Line, Sprinkler etc. for acceptance of OMC.
Detail engineering of mechanical and electrical works, like Pumps, control pannel / DG Set etc. for acceptance of OMC.
Detail engineering of instrumentation and control system. (PLC system) etc. for acceptance of OMC.
Supply of materials, equipments and accessories as per detailed design and specification. The material should be stacked at appropriate safe place for inspection.
Supply of HDPE pipes, sprinklers and accessories as per design requirement.
Supply of Gate valves, NR valves, solonoid valves and accessories as per design requirement.
Supply of monoblock pump / Pumps and accessories etc for sprinkling as per design requirement. (4sets i.e 2 working and 2 stand by)
Supply of control pannel, PLC system and accessories etc. as per design requirement. (2 sets)
Supply of raw water monoblock pump / Pumps and accessories etc, as per design requirement. (2 sets i.e 1 working and 1 stand by)

Equipment foundation for all equipments as per the design requirement
Construction of pump house / control panel room as per design requirement with electrification.
Structural support, Valve chamber, road crossing, Protecting structures etc as per design requirement.
Laying of HDPE pipe line in underground from Vat to Sprinkling line with back filling and installation of demarcation flag etc. as per design requirments.
Laying of HDPE pipe line from source to water Vat in underground with back filling and installation of demarcation flag etc. as per design requirments.
Construction of 1 lakh litre capacity RCC water Vat
Construction of protecting structures for water sprinklers and sand cushioning for HDPE pipe line
Installation work
Installation of pumps, control pannel and PLC system (This includes both raw water pump for pumping from Dalko Nallah & sprinkling pump)
Installation of sprinkler, valves and accessories
Trial run and commissioning of automated water sprinkling system
Trial run and commissioning of automated water sprinkling system along with modification, rectification if any required complete in all respect
Operation and maintenance of water sprinkling system equipments with all labour and Materials required
1st year Operation and maintenance of this system as per scope of work.
