Dismantling the accessories and drain Oil upto the required level

Charges for transporting transformer along with accessories from the site to the firm's works

Insurance for transit and storage period at firm’s works #

Loading charges at site

Unloading charges at firm's works

Removal of defective coil after dismantling yoke channel and laminations

Charges for detailed examination of transformer towards identification of defects

Replacement of damaged core bolt insulation

Fixing of healthy coil including insulation materials and fixing of lamination & yoke Channel

Bracing, tapping, take off leads of new winding and formation of star connections & fixing frame

Reconditioning of oil

Preliminary drying out of core and winding at hot air chamber

Overhauling of OLTC mechanism & contacts and testing the same

Cleaning of tank, overhauling the radiators including welding charges, conservator, Buchholz Relay test & renewal of gaskets

Core and winding tanking and connecting to tapping leads and fixing metal parts of both HV& LV.

Checking of healthiness of wiring in DM Box, Marshalling box, RTCC panel and Rewiring, if required.

Testing of relay contact at the time Of final inspection

Testing of CTs (ratio, knee point voltage Required etc.) at the time of final inspection

Fabrication of pipelines

Top cover fixing and assembly of HV and LV bushings
