OD58434/2025-2026:Revamping of LT switch boards described as following, measured per square meter area of the front face of panel : 1.External painting - Re painting the panel with superior quality Ivory color paint (using suitable spray painting gun with compressor) including scrapping, cleaning, minor repairs etc. ,and sheet metal works as required. 2.Panel Board repairs & Repair of hinges, minor sheet metal work etc. 3.Replacing rubber beading as required. 4.Panel board interior cleaning including repair of loose termination, bus bars, mountings etc. 5.Renewal of perished fasteners, terminals etc. 6.Trouble shooting the control the wiring including rectifications 7.Renewal of Terminal sockets as required 8.Insulation checks and correction of earthing 9.Filling of un necessary holes in the panel board using suitable sheet metal work. 10. Sealing the cable entry point using expandable PU Foam insulation sealant spray to safeguard from rats. 10. Lettering and identification marking.

OD58466/2025-2026: Lifting the 25 HP motor after disconnecting the wire connection, decoupling the pump, detaching from the base plate, starters, TP switches etc. using chain block, rope, chain etc. and placing them conveniently on the platform. "

Rewinding of motors

OD59665/2025-2026: Charges for rewinding the burnt rotor/stator - separate stator and rotor/stator, dismantling the damaged rotor/stator winding from the rotor/stator slots, cleaning the slots neatly, insulating the slots with correct class of insulating paper, winding the rotor/stator with good quality correct gauge of super enameled copper winding wires, closing the rotor/stator slots with fiber wedges, putting proper inter layer insulation, connecting the coil end connection, providing new rotor/stator lead wire, steel binding the overhang with proper insulation at both ends, heating the coils and varnishing with good quality insulation varnish, keep it for drying, reassembling and test running(Less scrap copper)

OD59666/2025-2026: Disconnect all electric connections from the motor , decoupling the motor from pump and remove the base bolts from motor and base plate and kept the motor at safe place , checking and testing the stator and rotor winding. power greater than 61 HP and up to 120 HP ,leading the motor to the nearest roadside using manpower, rope , chain, reaper etc. as required without getting damages to the motor, including loading into the vehicle and unloading at workshop for repairs and to and fro Conveyance., resetting the rewound motor, refitting the motor on the base plate, coupling with pump in correct alignment, given wire connection , taking trial run on full load.

OD59667/2025-2026:Disconnect all electric connections from the motor , decoupling the motor from pump and remove the base bolts from motor and base plate and kept the motor at safe place , checking and testing the stator and rotor winding. power up to 10 HP, leading the motor to the nearest roadside using manpower, rope , chain, reaper etc. as required without getting damages to the motor, including loading into the vehicle and unloading at workshop for repairs and to and fro conveyance.
