M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Mild Steel Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 ® complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Rolled mild steel in Plates (plain or chequered) channels fo grade Fe 410-W (Gde-E- 250) quality-A, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment complete all as speicfied and directed.

Surface dressing n.exc 15 cm deep as in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Providing reinforced cement concrete M-30 (Design Mix) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts, etc for fencing, average sectional area exc 100 sq.cm and n exc 250 sq.cm with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.

S & F high strength corrosion resistant TMT steel bars 10 mm dia., and over cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and directed.

S & F high strength corrosion resistantMild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in strirrups, spacers and binders spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zine chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of new or previously untreated plastered surfaces of any description over 10 cm girth or width not otherwise described and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc complete as specified and directed. (Note : Each line of wire to be measured)

M & L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces and finishing the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n. exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel, drains etc complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished to concrete surface of drain 30cm inner girth in cement including forms, mould, mitred/stopped etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Add or deduct for each 25mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm including form mould, mitred/stopped etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick, Cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in base of flooring/hard standing, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Chequered cement concrete tiles of size 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, as in floors etc, including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in grey cement and pigments to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 as in retaining walls, abutments and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and disposal of debris and rubbish to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non-skid, ceramic, coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but n.exc 0.18 sqm, in floors etc, including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for glazed, coloured, ceramic, tiles of size (350mm x 250 mm/450mm x 350mm/300mmx450mm) x 6 to 7 mm thick, on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados etc, including 10 mm thick bedding in cement mortor 1:4 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in two coats (10mm+5mm each) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces or stone masonary surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with integral water proofing compound with weight of cement in top layer as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately against respective item).

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Mild steel Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Brick work with fly ash brick, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 using old size brick complete all as specified and directed.
