Providing and fixing ISI marked 35 mm thick flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters, providing vision panel of Rectangular or square not exceeding 0.1 sqm in all type of flush doors and all necessary fittings and fixtures such as, ISI marked stainless steel butt hinges with necessary screws, stainless steel aldrop-1 no of 250 x 16 mm, bright finished brass tower bolts 150 x 10 mm (barrel type) with necessary screws 1 No, bright finished brass handles 125 x 10 mm 2 Nos with screws, two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of wood primer on door frames etc, all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying Fly Ash brick masonry work with non modular bricks of size 230mm x 110mm x 75mm, fly ash lime bricks (FALG Bricks) conforming to IS:12894, having crushing strength not less than 10N/mm2 in CM 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) at all heights including curing, scaffolding wherever required etc., complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete,1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). make of ACC/ULTRATECH/BIRLA/JAYPEE cement grade of OPC-43, including pumping of concrete, laying at site, spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrator, curing by hassien cloth, carriage for all leads; the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing but excluding reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge. Providing, laying and fixing in position TMT reinforcement bars of TATA/VIZAG STEEL/SAIL/JINDAL for RCC works, including cost of supplying, cutting, bending, transporting, erecting, binding with 16 gauge MS annealed wire, cement mortar spacer blocks etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 coarse sand) proportion over brick/ RR masonry/ Concrete walls, floors and other surfaces including providing and mixing approved water proof compound for external plaster in the proportion recommended by the manufacturer, raking of joints, hacking the concrete surfaces, scaffolding where necessary, curing etc., all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying Glazed Vitrified Matt/antiskid vitrified floor tiles of size 600mm x 600 mm of approved shade and make (viz. Johnson, Bell, Somany or equivalent which should be approved by department) (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622 with ISI Mark, in all colours and shades, laid on 3mm thick high polymer modified quick-set tile adhesive (Water based) by using tile spacer for uniform thickness of joints and levelling the undulations in floor (greater than 3mm thick) with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) as may be required including Grouting the joints of flooring tiles having joints of 3 mm width, using epoxy grout mix of 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade (0.10 kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg), including filling / grouting and finishing complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. etc., including preparation of old flooring surface by manual/mechanical means by removal of old pvc flooring, hacking, pitting, grinding as directed, including removal of doors, trimming of bottom as required and refixing the same in position wherever required due to raise in floor level, cleaning etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
