Amount

Excavation in foundation & tranches etc. in earth work, lift upto 1.50 metres stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacted soil in 15 cm. layer, when required in to plinths sides of foundations etc. consolidating each depoisted layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in lead of 20 metres.

Providing laying jointing and testing in trenches Centrifugally cast (spun) ductile iron (Spun) spigot and socketed pressure pipes confirming to IS: 8329-2000 with upto date amendments in length of 5.50 mtr class K7 inside sulphate resisting portland cement (Conforming to IS: 12330 or 6909 with latest amendments) mortor lining including zinc coating on external surface, suitable for Tyton / (push on joints) short pieces,tail pieces , plugs of required sizes with proper ceiling component in a random length of 5 mtrs including cutting of pipes, chamfering where required. The laying of pipe and jointing shall be as per relevant ISI code and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge within all leads and lifts (Earth work to be measured and paid for separately). Providing and laying cement mortar 1:4:8 (1cement: 4sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete in foundation and plinth and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work using common brunt clay building bricks in super structure above plinth level upto floor two level 2nd class bricks cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4sand) in all leads and lifts and to the enitre satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm, so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens ballies, height of propping and cent ring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtr and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floor, roofs, landings and the like floors etc. up to 200mm thickness.

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls (under 20 cmt wide) in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement: 1.5 sand:3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :-

Foundation footings base of columns and the like and mass concrete and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

RCC work in wall including attached buttresses pillasters and their caps and bases and string coursesetc. Upto floor two evel

Columns pillars posts and struts upto floor two level

Suspended floor roofs landing shelves and their supports balconies, beams girders bressumers and cantilevers up to floor two level.

Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement: 2sand: 4 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) and curing complete exluding the cost o form work in foundation and plinth

15 mm thick cement plaster in single coat of fair side of brick /concrete/ stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arises internal rounded angles chamfers and / or round angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished and smooth in CM 1:3 (1cement: 3sand) and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge with in all leads and lifts

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending,binding & placing in position complete upto floor two level and to the entire satisaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing CI sluice valve of Leader / Kartar/Bir make of 150mm dia (with hand wheel) as per IS: 780-1984 class-1 upto 300mm dia i/c brass spindle and as per 2906-1984 class-II for dia> 300mm) complete with bolts, nuts, rubber insertion etc. (the tail piece if required shall be measured and paid for separately).

Providing and fixing SRFC manhole cover with frame having frames size of 500mm internal dia (medium duty).The weight of cover and frame shouldnot be less than 500kg including all leads and lifts and to the entire satifaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
