The work of safe carriage of the following material from store center-Neoria Pilibhit to work site under the jurisdiction of EDD-Pilibhit. Approx. distance upto 0-30 Km. Including safe loading and unloading.

Line material i.e., cross arm/ conductor/ pin insulater/stay/earthing rod/Disc Fitting/Disc Insulators/11 KV XLPE Cable etc

Erection of new H.T / L.T lines including fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO Norms (All type of clamps required and T&P nut bolt of various size provided by contractor. Complete in all respect. As per RESSPO schedule.)

Single PCC Pole 8.5/9.0/11.0 meter long.

Double PCC Pole 8.5/9.0/11.0 meter long.

Grouting with 1:4:8 mixture in size(450x450x1500mm.) including cost of cement/BB & sand Required as per RESSPO Norms

The work of Driving the earthing electrode and making connections with 6 S.W.G. GI wire as per RESSPO Norms

Replacement of damaged conductor/ABC as per norms complete in all respect

Laying, Stringing & Sagging of Following Conductor complete in all respect only conductor/AB cable provided by department and usable I Huck/clamp/nut bolt/washer etc. provided contractor own his cost.

Laying of AB cable 3x50/3x95/3x120

Grouting of stays, 1:4:8 cc ratio (600x600x300mm.) as per RESPO norms.

Straightening of Tilted pole complete in all respect

Replacement of Broken X-Arm complete in all respect

Replacement of damage disc insulator of 33/11 KV line including carriage of insulator from JE store to site (disc insulator provided by department.)

Cutting/Chopping of Tree Branches.

Erarthing by boaring type upto water level 30 fit by providing GI pipe and welding of strip from boaring site to nutral and body of T/F. All the material, fabrication provided by contractor on his cost. Complete in all respect.

Termination of 11 KV cable heat shrinkable type jointing kit/ termination kit suitable 11 KV cables of the following sizes after removal of faults (suitable jointing kit will be provided by the department.)

3x70/ 3x120/3x185 sqm XLPE cable O/D and I/D

3x240/ 300 sqm XLPE cable O/D and I/D

11 KV straight though 3x120/3x185

Termination of 33 KV cable heat shrinkable type jointing kit / termination of kit suitable for 33 KV cable of following size after removal of faults (suitable jointing kit will be provided by the department.)

The work of find the location and pin pointing of 33 KV cable foult in 33 KV damage underground XLPE cable by foult locator machine. (Cable foult locator equipment mounted on a vehicle will be arrange by the contractor)

The work of find the location and pin pointing of 11 KV cable foult in 11 KV damage underground XLPE cable by foult locator machine. (Cable foult locator equipment mounted on a vehicle will be arrange by the contractor)

Laying of 11 KV single circuit XLPE cable by digging of trench including supply of required material as fine sand, first class bricks, stone slab. Including refilling of trench. (All the matrial required for laying will be supplied by the contractor as per departmental norms except 11 KV XLPE cable)

Laying of 33 KV single circuit XLPE cable by digging of trench including supply of required material as fine sand, first class bricks, stone slab. Including refilling of trench. (All the matrial required for laying will be supplied by the contractor as per departmental norms except 33 KV XLPE cable)

Safe carriage of received back material (scrap) form site to store centre-Neouria Pilibhit. Up to 0-30 Km. with loading/unloading both side.
