Cleaning of Over Head water storage service tanks of capacity exc 250 ltr but up to 1000 ltr, mechanised dewatering of water including sludge from the tanks, cleaning internal & external tank surfaces with high pressure water spray and apply anti bacterial spray/ bleaching powder with internal water pipeline incl bib taps opened & flushing of water & sludge including writing date of cleaning with stencil (with thick paint in capital bold letter "TANK CLEANED ON") on each tank etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge. Note : Rates deemed to be inclusive for (i) Opening & closing of tank covers properly before & after execution of cleaning work and any damage to be rectified. (ii) Removal & refixing of float valves of any size & description before & after execution of work as per site requirement. (iii) Removal of sludge complete with proper procedure as directed (v) If the tank damage during the cleaning, Contractor will re-fitting the new tank at his own risk. (vi) If damage the float valve during the cleaning, Contractor will re-fitting the new f/valve at his own risk. (vii) A satisfactory completion certificate is also obtain from user for each tank. M&L for cutting chases, pinning in making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels etc and cuttin chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth in brick wall Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work of any type built in cement mortor in foul condition etc Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for brick work built in cement and sand mortar 1:4with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m means radius Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with WPC, finished even and smooth Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles 300x300x10mm thick in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement eslurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement and sand mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles, light shade, 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement and sand mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450x300x7mm thick on vertical surface such as skirting, dados, riser to steps etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkat or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exc. 1.5 Sqm but n.exc 4 Sqm each including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts, dismantling brick work (holes cut and any other damages to jambs, walls for taking out hold fast shall be finished identical to existing finish without any extra cost)
