WORK OF overhauling & Time Measurement of 245 KV SF-6 circuit breaker (CGL make) installed at 220 KV S/S Amroha and work of erection of PI on ALP structure at various locations at 132 KV S/S Amroha under ETD Amroha

During S/D of 220 KV SF-6 Circuit Breaker (Bay No. 206) at 220 KV S/S Amroha following works to be carried out : CB closing/tripping timing measurement for TC-1, TC-2 and CC by a suitable time measurement kit having proper accuracy & calibration. Measurement of time for C-O operation time of CBs Measurement of contact resistance of moving & fixed contacts by suitable CRM kit. If required adjustment in tripping/closing time pole mechanism is to be adjusted by alignment of ratchet wheel, control valve assembly, cleaning of cap seal cylinder, reassembly, de-rusting & other associated works for proper tripping and closing time of CB alongwith submission of complete test reports.

Errection of 132KV Post insulators along with ALP structure, the work includes shifting of structure and PI from store to site, proper shorting and stacking of structure, fabrication/ mounting the PI on base plate, tightening of nut bolts etc.

Making proper sag of existing jumpers including work of opening of required Isolator clamps/ PG clamps and cutting the extra jumper, adjusting the spacers, tightening the PI clamps and retightening the Isolator clamps/ PG clamps.

Making earthing of various substation main and auxiliary structure including work of digging the earth till earthmat making joint of 50X6mm MS flat to 40mm existing MS round and backfilling of earth
