Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed: All kinds of soil 50 meter beyond 1 m from cutting edge.

Providing & Laying of Stone Soiling including cost of stone.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchors blocks, plain window sills, fillets etc upto plinth level, including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering and finishing with. 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Hollow / tubular / structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. Riveted and bolted / welded.

Providing and fixing poly carbonate sheet roofing.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern and design in frames / openings etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing 900mm high stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes channels, plates etc. including welding ,grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete ,including fixing the railing with necessary accessories and stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc. of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

18mm Cement plaster in two coats under layer 12mm thick cement plaster 1 : 5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) finished with a top layer 6mm thick cement plaster 1 : 6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand)

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment)

Spreading of sludge, dump manure or/and good earth in required thickness as per directions of officer in-charge (cost of sludge, dump manure or/and good earth to be paid separately)

Providing and installation of cast iron Ornamental lamp posts including wiring having height of 3m. The pole shall be painted with anticorrossive enamel paint.The pole shall have pre-wired gear box at the bottom with conductor and 1 No 6A MCB (Havels/Legrand/L&T/Indukup make). The pole shall be installed on pre-laid concrete block ( to be paid seperately through 03 No. foundation bolts.The pole shall have water resistant grove fitted at the bottom to act as a water seal.The acceptable make pole shall be Dwarka/Kaarrie-Mujasame/Lord jyoti/Bajaj.

Providing and fitting, testing and commissioning of decorative luminaries (Havels make -LHLY 07185099 or Equivalient). The job includes providing and fittings and testing of 85W CFL (Philips and Havels make)

Providing and laying of armoured almunium conductor to be laid in cable trensh. The job includes excavation of earth and refilling after table laying and removial / disposial of surplus earth i) 0.10 Sqmm 04 Core

ii) 0.35Sqm 3.5 Core

Providing and laying of cement Conreate 1:2:4 mix of size 900mm depth (600 mm underground , 300 mm ground ) and 450mm diameter. The job includes provinding and fitting of 3 No. or as required for Foundation bolts in each block.
