CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR STRUCTURAL HEALTH ASSESSMENT AND RENOVATION OF EXISTING CENTRAD BUILDING AT BRAR SQUARE DELHI CANTT

Providing of work is comprising Conducting following Non Destructive Test for determination of Stability of the CENTRAD building renovation jobs of the existing Civil structure and necessary measures to be taken for strengthening the existing structure all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note:- The cost of Preparation of BOQ, Rate Analysis,Providing of quotations and preparation of Technical specification are deemed to be included in quoted rates and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect

Conducting Rebound hammer test

Conducting ultra sonic pulse velocity test

Conducting Rebar scanning

Conducting half cell potential test

Conducting Carbonation test

Conducting Core cutting test (Compressive strength)

Conducting Foundation Reinforcement scannig and testing including excavation & refilling of earth.

Providing updated structural drawings that accurately depict the current condition of the structure through NDT of the CENTRAD building renovation jobs of the existing Civil structure all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing the Analysis and preparation of reports for the non destructive test and accurately depict the current condition of the structure duly vetted by IITs/NITs/Recognized Government Technical Bodiesall as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Preparation and submission of Structural design and drawings duly vetted by IITs/NITs/Recognized Government Technical Bodies all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Preparation and submission of detailed estimate with schedule of quantities, unit, Rate amount, Rate analysis of items for general renovation, aesthetic and stuctural strengthing cosmetic repairs etc. required else where in the building as suggested by user department and submission of Architectural designs and working drwaings during construction activities as well as As built drawings inclusive of floor plan, elevation, section and MEP co-ordination drawings all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation and submission of complete detailed estimate inclusive of bill of quantities with Rates of items, Units, Quantities and corresponding amount, Rate Analysis of items ibased on DAR and prevaling market rate of all MEP items existing in the building or needs replacment for present requirment astheticaly or cosmetic repairs if any at else where in building, submission of MEP working design and drawing during course of renovation, as well as As built drawings of HVAC, power distribution, lighting layout, water supply drainage system, sanitary installation and other new items suggested/provided in the building.
