SCHEDULE 'A'

Cleaning of Gulli trap/Nahani trap with cleaning tools and getting out sludge, mud, silt or other foregin materials complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note :- Obtained waste materilas shall be disposed the materials to a distance not less than 100 mtrs as directed by Hygenic authorities)

M&L for making good damaged surfaces of sorroundings of nahani trap, Gulli trap/floor traps etc with CM 1:3 or white cement complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Cleaning of septic tank by removing man hole cover including removing of earth/soil spread over the cover if any, from the frame of a septic tank and receiving chambers, pumping out liquid contents and excavating night soil sediments and waste materials etc, clearing off up to the bottom floor and dispose off the materials to a distance not exceeding 100 mtrs from the septic tank to a pit suitably as directed by Hygenic authorities excavated to contain night soil, place back the man hole cover to its original position and removing all vegetable roots if any and making good surroundings complete all as specified and directed, including the cost of excavating the pit and refilling back. Note:-The measurment shall be inclusive of water content from bottom of tank to the invert level of outlet pipe.

Opening manholes of septic tanks, removing night soil, other sediments, solid waste and liquid waste in any condition by pumping or any other mechanical means, cleaning internal surfaces of the tank with clean water and refixing the manhole on completion of work complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (a) The night soil, sediments, solid and liquid waste in any condition removed from septic tank shall be taken away from respective vicinities and premised in closed containers/converyance and disposed off out of Defence land. (b) Disposal of the same shall be the responsibility of the Contractor. Disposal of waste shall be made in accordance with the regulations of authorities concerned without any extra expediture to the Government.

Cleaning Man holes by removing man hole cover, dewatering and getting out sludge, deposit mud, silt or other foregin materials and vegetation and cleaning the sides and floors of the man hole, removing over flowed sulage from sorounding of man holes and removing the same outside the defence land including taking of manholes covers and refixing the same in position and testing of manholes by filling with water complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 6 here-in-before but for manhole depth exceeding 1.5m and not exceeding 3.00m complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning SWG/PVC/CI pipe sewage line manually or mechanically using cleaning rod or compressor and removing foreign material after clearing existing blockage for 75mm dia pipe in vertical walls/floors complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning SWG/PVC/CI pipe sewage line manually or mechanically using cleaning rod or compressor and removing foreign material after clearing existing blockage for 110mm dia pipe on vertical walls/floors complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning SWG/PVC/CI pipe sewage line manually or mechanically using cleaning rod or compressor and removing foreign material after clearing existing blockage for 150mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars,etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above GL) all as specified

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 M wide and n exc 1.5 M depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2, using 40 mm graded aggregate in foundation, mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in walls or floors complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repairs 150 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in walls or floors complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cement concrete bed to drain pipe 150 mm dia in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 including packing under the haunching on sides all as directed and specified

S&F In reapirs PVC (SWR) gully trap 125/110 mm setting and jointing with solvent cement and making good the surfaces all as directed and specified

Returning, filling ramming etc in layers n.exc 25 cum including levelling, watering etc complete all as directed

Removing excavated materials not exc 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at level n. exc 1.5 Mtr above from the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type in foundation type C2 using 40mm graded aggregate in manhole foundation all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC Coping in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggrgate including chamfered edges all as specified and directed

M&L of cement concrete type B 1:2:4 20mm graded aggregate as in surface channels, benching inside manholes complete all as specified and directed

M&L Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cm 1:6 all as specified and as directed

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B; brick in half brick thick built in CM 1:4 straight or curved in plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete wall surfaces finished to evern and smooth without using extra cement in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast reinforced concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for cover slab set in and pointed in CM 1:6 including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

S&F TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length bend to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates (ie, dismantling of corroded portion of gates/doors etc) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground posts embeded in concrete,brick work, masonry work, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive or steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete FE 410-W(Gde E-250) Quality A complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces, of any description over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over red oxide zinc chrome priming complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces, of any description n exc 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over red oxide zinc chrome priming complete all as specified and directed

M & L preparation of old painted steel surfaces, of any description over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Providing reinforced cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) In precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area exc 100 and n exc 250 sq. cm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops as complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galavnised fencing complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to s hape required and fixing as required in fencing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Mild steel flat iron as in post in fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc. and similar work conforming to Fe 290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS bolts machine made with hexagonal or square head one end screwed the other or screwed both end n exc 5 cm long 11 to 15 mm dia of neck. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Preparation surfaces of steel iron work new of any description and girth not other wise described and treated with two coats of tar or coal tar black paint area tarred exc .1 Sqm but not exc .5 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6, 20 mm thick for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M &L Chequered cement concrete tiles300X300X 20 mm thick,set & jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and no pigments complete all as specified and directed.

M & L coarse aggregate 4.75 mm graded for granolithic under floors including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 50 to 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade With grey cement and no pigments complete all as specified and directed.
