Taking down existing street light/flood light/solar light fittings carefully (any capacity, any type) from pole 7/9/11 metre or building carrying out necessary repairing at E/M yard and re-fixing into the existing location including replacement of unserviceable/ defective spare parts i.e., (LED fitting /drivers) and removing existing green bushes, tree small Branches complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (i) Major Spare parts required for repair shall be measured and paid under relevant item of BOQ. Minor spare parts such as screw, nuts, bolts, washers etc , which shall deemed to be included in unit rate quoted. (ii) Tools, electrical measuring instruments, ladder required to carry out the work shall be provided by the contractor and has to show the Engineer-in-Charge before starting the work. (iii) Contractor will ensure the safety of the workers employed at his own risk. (iv) Contractor shall provided Skilled ITI Electrician and Produce the Certificate for the commencement of work. (v) Contractor has to supply first aid kit to their workers and has to show the Engineer-in-Charge before starting the work (vi) Contractor should ensure all the street lights are functional before leaving the station and rep of contractor should check after all the lights are switch ON after rendering completion to respective JEs/Engineer-in Charge as day to day basis.

Taking down existing garden light fittings carefully (any type) of post top lantern, carrying out necessary repairing at site and re-fixing into the existing location including replacement of unserviceable/ defective spare parts (such as lamp, holder, etc), cleaning of acrylic cover with detergent and replacement of internal wiring with two runs of PVC insulated 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor cable from fittings to connector block and testing after re-fixing at site complete all as specified and directed . Notes: (i) New Spare parts retrofit holder, LED bulb shall be measured under supply only. (ii) Tools, electrical measuring instruments, ladder required to carry out the work shall be provided by the contractor and has to show the Engineer-in-Charge before starting the work. (iii) Contractor will ensure the safety of the workers employed at his own risk. (iv) Contractor shall provide Skilled ITI Electrician and Produce the Certificate for the commencement of work. Attending complaints / breakdown of LT electrical system and taking down existing connection from LT Panel/Bus Bar Chamber/Feeder Pillar/ Electric Poles/ Building carefully (any capacity ,any type) carrying out repair work at site including replacement of unserviceable/ defective screw/nut & bolts/ Washers /Lugs /Spreaders /Hinges of doors/Repair to Locks & handles/ Indication Lamps/meters/Cable glands/Bus Bar (Copper/Aluminium) etc, refixing the fittings in its original position, testing and commissioning, including removal of bushes, creepers and trimming of branches around the LT Panel/Bus Bar Chamber/Feeder Pillar/ Electric Poles complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (i) Major Spare parts required for repair shall be measured and paid under relevant item of BOQ. Minor spare parts such as screw, nuts, bolts, washers etc , which shall deemed to be included in unit rate quoted. Notes for Sl.No 1 to 66 above: Contractor has to quote the tender taking the below mentioned points into consideration and the rates of the above items are inclusive of the below mentioned points. (a) The contractor shall provide skilled ITI electricians and Helpers for 8 Hours from 0900 hours to 1700 Hours. (b) The contractor has to arrange skilled ITI electricians and Helpers taking into consideration that the complaint will be attended at two places at the same time in Kataribagh area. (c) All the Lights / LT cable / Electrical components breakdown complaints has to be attended immediately and completed on the same day. (d) Contractor has to note that the complaints will be raised everyday and the contractor staff has to attend the complaints on day to day everyday basis complete for the span of the contract. (e) Contractor has to arrange sufficient labours during breakdowns as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (h) If the Contractor is not attended the complaint or delaying complaint, the penalty will be imposed @ Rs 2500/- per day.
