Amount

Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work lift up to 1.5 mtrs. Stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 metres away from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers when required in to plinth and sides of foundations, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming , watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in a lead of 20 metres in pick jumper work ith in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction & direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6(1 Cement :3 Sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth including complete in all respects as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 (1cement :1.5 sand: 3 graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement in foundation and plinth with in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction & direction of the Engineer - in - Charge. in: -

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floor, roofs landings and the like floors etc upto 200mm thickness. with in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction & direction of the Engineer - in - Charge. in: -

Prov. Form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring , shuttering, strutting & propping etc. with wooden battens & ballies , height of propping & centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs.& removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in : -

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions & the like I/c attached pillasters, buttresses plinth and string courses with in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction & direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floor, roofs landings and the like floors etc upto 200mm thickness with in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction & direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work including bending binding and placing in position complete including the cost of binding wire in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing MS man hole cover of size 600 x600 mm made up of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet fixed in angle iron frame of 50 x50 x5 mm including hinges & locking arrengement complete in all lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Laying, jointing of GMS tube in trenches of following meter including providing and fixing tube fitting such as bends, tees, air valves, unions and collars etc. including carraige of GI pipes as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge (earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately).
