Supply & Installation of Pagoda Tent (Size: 10x10 ft, waterproof, white fabric with sturdy MS frame structure, complete with side covers and proper anchoring for stability, to be installed 1 days prior to the event and handed over in ready-to-use condition with 2 Nos. of Table, complete in all respect as per direction of the Client Department). To be used as shelter & Bibs Zone.

Supply & Installation of Standee (Size: 6x3 ft., wooden frame standee mounted with high-quality blockout, flex designed as per theme of event, edges neatly finished, self-standing, to be placed 1 day prior to the event, complete in all respect as per direction of the Client Department).

Supply, fabrication, and installation of a Photo Booth (02 Nos.) and Signature Wall (01 No.) (Size: 10 ft x 8 ft) comprising a sturdy frame structure, front branding using high-quality block-out flex, and 3D design elements on 3mm sunboard (gloss finish) designed as per theme of event. The scope includes providing a platform of size 10 ft x 4 ft, ensuring complete finishing with brand new laminated red carpet, stability, and aesthetics as per approved design. The Photo Booth shall be installed 1 day prior to the event and handed over in ready-to-use condition, complete in all respects and as directed by the Client Department.

Supply & Installation of Carpet brand new laminated (300x200) ft. (Open area carpeting with Non-Woven Fabric in approved colour, properly laid with necessary underlay and taping, edges neatly finished, to be completed 1 day prior to the event, complete in all respect as per direction of the Client Departmentincluding supply, transport, labour, taping, and finishing).

Supply & Distribution of Water Bottles (Mineral water bottles of 200 ml each of approved brand, to be supplied and distributed as per requirement throughout the event, with proper storage and replenishment arrangements, complete in all respect as per direction of the Client Department)

M.S. Barricading of 4 ft. height (To be installed across the venue and along the marathon route, sturdy metal barricades properly aligned for crowd control and safety, with clear demarcation for participants and spectators, to be set up 1 day prior to the event and maintained throughout the event duration, complete in all respect as per direction of the Client Department).

Supply of Manpower (Dedicated staff responsible for distribution of bibs and refreshments, ensuring 100% accuracy of data recording and verification, well-trained and supervised, deployed on-site for smooth and error-free execution as per direction of the Client Department).

3D Arch Gate (Start & Finish Line, Sizes: 24x3 ft. & 10x2x2 ft., mounted on a 4x4 ft. sturdy platform base, covered with high-quality brand new laminated red carpet, frame structure fitted with premium flex designed as per theme of event, edges and joints neatly finished, visually striking for marathon branding, to be installed 1 day prior to the event and handed over in ready-to-use condition, complete in all respect as per direction of the Client Department).

Supply and Installation of Tentage (30x15 ft) for Storage Purpose behind the Pagodas covered from 3 sides and waterproof.
