PERIODICAL SERVICES AND ALLIED MAINT WORKS TO OTM ACCN UNDER THE AREA OF AGE B/R-II OF GE (ARMY) No.1 JODHPUR

M&L for preparation of old decorated wall surfaces plastered or unplastered, by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil & greasy spots, including cornices etc and applying one coat of white wash on wall, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 1.00 here-in-above, but as on ceiling surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated wall surfaces plastered or unplastered, including cornices pilasters by brooming down or steel wire brushing and efforescent salts and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion on wall (white or tinted), coloured and shade as approved by GE, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 4.00 here-in-above, but as on ceiling surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated wall surfaces, including crack filling by compound of putty to get a uniform smooth surfaces including rubbing with sand paper to obtain a smooth surface and making good any undulations on the surfaces and applying two coat of plastic emulsion paint on wall (white or tinted), coloured and shade as approved by GE, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The work for periodical services mentioned at ser No 6 shall include the following and the rates quoted by the bidders shall include the same. The work pertaining to periodical services shall be executed by the contractor as per MoU from authorised applicator through manufacturer of the materials like plastic emulsion paint, putty etc after approval by the GE. The Contractor shall upload with the documents under cover I "Memoradum of Understanding" (MOU) with at least one of the manufacturers mentioned in the contract, failing which the bid shall be laible to be rejected.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of old decorated / painted wall surfaces, plastered or unplastered and applying one coat of white wash on wall surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of old decorated / painted wall surfaces, plastered or unplastered and applying two coats of oil bound distemper white or tinted over & including applied of 1.0 to 1.5 mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed .Note :- The work for periodical services mentioned at ser No 9 shall include the following and the rates quoted by the bidders shall include the same.
