MUST UPLOAD ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS AS PER TENDER DOCUMENT

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

A brief description of the firm/organization and an outline of recent experience on assignments/projects of similar nature executed during the last three years (to be uploaded with online tender, in the format given in Bid Documents)

A description of the manner in which Consultants would plan to execute the assignment, work-plan, time schedule and approach or methodology proposed for carrying out the assignment. (to be uploaded with online tender, in the format given in Bid Documents)

The composition of the team of personnel which the Consultant would propose to provide and the tasks which would be assigned to each team member. (To be uploaded with online tender, in the format given in Bid Documents)

Curricula Vitae of the individual key staff members to be assigned for the assignment and of the team leader who would be responsible for supervision of the team. The curricula Vitae should be signed by the concerned personnel. (To be uploaded with online tender, in the format given in Bid Documents)

The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons.

Professional fees to be quoted by the consultant shall be quoted on lump sum basis on total amount put to tender of the project

Form of submission of Technical proposal (to be uploaded with online tender, in the format given in Bid Documents), Form of submission of Financial proposal (to be uploaded with online tender, in the format given in Bid Documents) and other formats to be uploaded in the format given in Bid Document.

The Contractor shall quote the rates without adding GST for either materials or works contract (Service). GST payable by the Contractor under this works contract will be paid to the contractor over and above the contractors bid amount.

Restrictions on Public Procurement from Bidders of certain countries as per Government order No. FD 455 Exp-12 2020 Bangalore dated: 01-04-2023.

Third Party Inspections are to be carried out as per the directions or guidelines given by MI Officials.

Within 20 days of receipt of the Letter of Acceptance, the successful Tenderer shall deliver to the Employer a Security deposit in any of the forms given below for an amount equivalent to 5% of the Contract price plus additional security for unbalanced tenders.

A valid ISO 9001-2015 certificate as consultant service provider having work experience with Departments/ Agencies / Institutions of Government of India or Government of Karnataka can apply.

Bidder should have well-established Quality Management division for all aspect of work. He should also be fully conversant with the National/International Product Specifications, Standards and Codes. Bidder shall have direct access/ possession of the latest applicable International National standards specifications.

Bidder should have Carried out similar kind of projects like DPR PREPARATION with for a CHECKDAM/BRIDGE/BARRAGE work of Rs.300.00 Lakh and above, in any one year during the last THREE years period, in a Govt. Institutions.Work Done certificate should be signed by officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.

The Consultant should have an annual turnover of around Rs.50.00 Lakhs during any One year from past three years (2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25) from its own audited financial statements. The Consultant shall enclose copies of the statement of accounts duly certified by a Chartered Accountant along with balance sheet, indicating the total turnover for the previous three financial period. A statement indicating the net worth of the Consultant (Turnover Certificate) duly certified by a Chartered Accountant along with UDIN Number shall also be enclosed with the tender
