Non -Comprehensive maintenance (Preventive and breakdown) of high side and low side of complete HVAC system in Research Park (Excluding chiller), All type pumps, Cooling Tower, valve etc., measuring Instruments, electrical Panels, and Ceiling Suspended Ventilation system, Floor Mounted Air Handing Unit, Kitchen exhaust and ventilation system including Blower motor, Blower, Pulley, filter etc., electrical starter panel including VFD, Butter Fly Valve, Two way Valve, Y - Strainer, actuators, Fire damper, VCD, Chilled water Pipe, Drain Pipe, duct and diffuser/grills, Fire Fighting equipments with accessories, water supply pumps etc complete accessories as per inventory attached on all days including Sundays and holidays as per additional terms and conditions etc as required.
Operation, day to day maintenance and upkeep of high side and low side of complete HVAC system, Firefighting system and water pumping system in Research Park comprising of 2 Nos. x 350TR Chillers, pumps, Cooling Tower, valve etc., measuring Instruments, VFD panel and electrical Panels ,DDC panel , hardware installed in the HVAC plant room and Ceiling Suspended Ventilation system, Floor Mounted Air Handing Unit, Kitchen exhaust and ventilation system including Blower motor, Blower, Pulley etc., Filters Complete, electrical starter panel including VFD, Butter Fly Valve, Two way Valve, Y-Strainer, actuators, Fire damper, VCD, Chilled water Pipe, Drain Pipe, duct and diffuser/grills, Fire Fighting equipments with accessories, water supply pumps etc complete accessories as per inventory attached on all days including Sundays and holidays as per additional terms and conditions etc as required in two shift daily ( One shift operation is of 8Hr only)
Non -Comprehensive maintenance (Routine & Preventive) for inverter Split AC 1.5/2 Ton, Air Cooled Split Type Air Conditioners complete with indoor unit (IDU), Outdoor unit (ODU), surface / concealed copper Refrigerant piping with insulation (EP Foam pipe section), R-32 Refrigerant , PVC drain pipe (dia 25mm) etc complete as required. Minimum Three no Routine & Preventive service in a year must be done. (Spare part are not included in this item)
