Downloading the meter reading through CMRI/LPR instrument and feeding into UPPCL’s RAPDRP/Non RAPDRP billing system. Also uploading the MRI Data to the cloud storage. For consumer meter only.

Meter reading downloading work using AMR where GSM/GPRS are provided for consumer meter and respective double pole meter and substation meter (where-ever AMR is provided). (For data analysis only)

Printing of bills using HCL software/rural online billing software of PVVNL and handing over the printed bills to EE (Dist.) for signature and approval.

Delivery of bill to consumer through courier/by hand and maintain record of receipt of bill by consumer.

Uploading the bill of consumer on his email.

MRI data analysis& submission of detailed report in soft & hard copy For consumer having main meter but no double pole meter.

MRI data analysis& submission of detailed report in soft & hard copy For consumer having main meter with double pole meter and substation meter if any (maximum up to four meters) The comparison of the energy & demand of main meter. double pole meter & substation meter shall be submitted to concerned distribution division and test Division.

Downloading the meter reading through CMRI/LPR instrument and uploading the MRI Data to the cloud storage,MRI data analysis& submission of detailed report in soft & hard copy For consumer having Load >=7.5 KW and <10 KW Once in 6 Month or as per requirement by PVVNL.
