Design,fabrication of G.I shed irrespective to adjacent to existing pump room at LIS Kalsian.

Design, fabrication and erection of G.I/M.S shed at Lift Irrigation Scheme Kalsian. The job involves fabrication of GI sheet shed of size (12’x 12’ x 12’) approx adjoining the existing pump house at LIS Kalsian . The job involves bush cutting, removing of stones, pebbles etc. and throwing away the same at a certain distance at a suitable place. Then digging/ laying and filling of (12’ x 1.5’ x 12’) plinth with 1:1.5:3 cement concrete mix at three sides. The job also consists of erection of 4Nos. M.S channels (ISMC 100mm), 13’ long including embedding 1.5’ deep in the plinth at centers on opposite sides with 1sq. feet M.S plate welded at its bottom end and then properly grouting. Creating of super structure by welding 6No.s Angle iron (AA 50x50x6mm) 14’long at the top roof end to end. Also welding of 9No.angle iron members, 14’long vertically and 12No.angle iron members( 40x40x6mm), 12’ long horizontally for all the three sides with the intermediate angle iron members. The job also includes providing and installation of 1No. M.S Bar (ISMB 150 mm) 14’ long on top at center of the shed. The job includes welding of sufficient no. of angle iron (AA 40x40x6mm) length at equal spacing at the top for creating the super structure of roof for laying and fixing of GI sheets with nuts/ bolts, fastening. Also welding of angle iron (AA 50x6mm) 12’ long length with the M.S Channel members at the corners at 12’ height from the plinth. Welding vertically sufficient no. of M.S angle iron members. The job also includes providing and welding of sufficient no. of M.S Flat length on the roof and side walls wherever required for extra strength of super structure, providing and fitting of 15No.s G.I sheets of size 12’ and 6nos of size 14’ with steel hooks on the super structure created for roof and sides. The job also includes fabrication of folding (10’ x 6’) door out of corrugated sheets and angle iron (AA 40x3) with folding arrangements using hinges at least at two points and fitting arrangements. Complete job includes the cost of material, carriage charges, hire charges of tools, tackles and labour charges for skilled/semiskilled labour deployed at site. The job also includes the charges for electrification of the shed at the site of LIS Kalsian. The rates are inclusive of all taxes Complete job
