Brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:4) (a) In foundation and plinth

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (i) With 1:6 cement mortar , (b) 20 mm thick plaster

Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall, dado, window sill, floor etc. NOTE:Cement 0.152 cu.m per100 sq.m.

Supplying, spreading and compacting Sand to required thickness, in layers not exceeding 150 mm to proper gradient and camber, inundating each layer by water and packing and ramming layer by layer to achieve desired compaction, including lighting, guarding, barricading and making adequate earthen bundh where necessary, curing with water as per direction, mending cracks and depressions by ramming wherever necessary.

Brick soling with picked jhama bricks including preparation of bed as necessary with brick joints properly filled in and packed with powdered earth and including necessary cushion of similar material below the soling (and in between layers when more than one layer is used) completes as per direction.

Supplying, fitting and fixing in position reinforced cement polymer concrete manhole /gully pit cover with matching frame.As per I.S- 12592(M.D)

Providing and fixing in position 20 mm thick pre-moulded joint filler in expansion joint for fixed ends of simply supported spans not exceeding 10 m to cater for a horizontal movement upto 20 mm, covered with sealant complete as per drawing and technical specifications.

Supply & erection of Informatory Sign Boards having M.S. Channels/Angel Posts & 1.5 mm thick M.S. sheet & synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer including lettering complete.

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement,if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. (i) Pakur Variety

Supplying Eucalyptus-bullah piles at work site, including dressing and making one end pointed including Coal tarring and Labour for driving Sal-bullah / Eucalyptus bullah piles by monkey in sorts of soil including hoisting and placing piles in position, protecting the pile head with iron ring and cutting and shaping heads before and after driving and including hire and labour for necessary driving appliances and all tackles. (considering 4 nos. Bullah for per mt. lemgth). Also fitting and fixing 10 cm. to 13 cm. diameter Sal-bullah/Eucalyptus-bullah as ties and runners including necessary nails, bolts and nuts and Walling or roofing fitted and fixed complete with cut drum sheets including the cost of drums, cost of cutting drums and flattening the sheets and cost of necessary nails and screws.And Filling empty Cement bags with dry earth or sand, stitching the bag (cost of thread included) and carrying and placing them in position and all incidental charges complete but excluding cost of sand and gunny bags including supply of Sand and empty gunny bags.( Considering 10 Mtr. of Length)
