Dismantling of Asbestos Cement sheet roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in-charge.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in-charge.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter of area 3sq.m and below including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 meters lead carefully etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in-charge.

Cleaning the wall surfaces and roof, removing dirt, dust, bird dropping, grease, oil, algae, fungus, monkey beats, vegetable growth etc. Including providing, applying and washing the surface with liquid Ammonia Chemical of 5% solution and other chemical cleaning agent as approved by the Competent Authority, of approved brand and manufacturer, with the help of required scrubbers and also cleaning with machine operated water jet where ever required, without causing any scratching/ damage to the wall surfaces and finally washing the surface with clean water, complete in all respect, including taking all precautions to safeguard ventilators, windows, doors etc. by suitable covering so as to avoid any damage to the building/ structure etc., complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead etc., complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for anti-termite treatment along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc., With Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration etc., complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work excavation in foundation trenches or drains including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m etc., complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: (1:4:8) (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) including laying, curing etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in-charge.

Construction of Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and with: Cement mortar (1:6) (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including laying, curing etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in-charge.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in-charge.

Construction of Brick work in superstructure above plinth level in Cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in-charge.

Providing 20 mm cement plaster (2 coats in 12mm and 8mm) of mix : (1:4) (1 cement: 4 fine sand) including all material and labour charges etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in-charge.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in-charge.

Providing and fixing skirting of 10 mm thick acid and/or alkali resistant tiles of approved make and on 12 mm thick mortar (1:4) (1 acid proof cement : 4 coarse sand), and filling of joints etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in-charge.

Inside & outside color washing with two coats of weather proof emulsion after scraping dust surfaces on walls with emery paper, including all labour and material charges, transportation charges etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in-charge.

Cost, supply and fixing of prefabricated WPC Door frame including cost, conveyance of the materials, labour charges and fixing charges etc. GST and other applicable taxes etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in-charge.

Cost, supply and fixing of prefabricated WPC Door shutters including cost, conveyance of the materials, labour charges and fixing charges etc. GST and other applicable taxes etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in-charge.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour fixed glazed windows comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section, uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, G.I fasteners for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in-charge.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes(25mm), having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes(20mm dia), having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing & fixing false ceiling at all heights with Gypsum Board of approved texture, design and patterns including all labour and material charges, transportation charges etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in-charge.

Construction of Coursed rubble masonry in superstructure above plinth level and up to floor five level. Masonry work (first sort), in cement mortar (1:6) including cost of materials and labour charges etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in-charge.

Pointing to the surfaces in Cement Mortar (1:2) to match with the existing pattern including cost of materials and labour charges etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in-charge.

Providing coping with PCC (1:2:4) including cost of materials, labour etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in-charge.

Providing chain linked mesh (diamond mesh of size 50X50mm, 8 gauge) fencing over dwarf wall with 50x50x6mm iron angles as verticals at every 2.50m c/c fixed in the dwarf wall with 40X40X5mm L Angle all round frame including fabrication charges and painting the grill with two coats of smoke-grey enamel paint after applying necessary iron primer etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by Engineer in-charge.
