RENOVATION WORK OF P&S AND CANTEEN (CENTRE PORTION) ROOFING.
Removing the existing roof tiles and asbestos sheet without damages and stacking at a convinent place.with in 250 m lead.
Removing the wooden reepers (Purlins ) without any damage and stacking at a convinent place with in 250 m and Levelling the wooden & roof structure consisting of wooden common rafter and existing truss by adding required packing materials and removing the projected area etc.. giving additional support on wall plate joints etc and checking the level with thread.
Supplying and fixing over the common rafter 2" x 1" x 16 swg GI rectangular tube as purlins and 3"x1.5" rafters) 16swg ( tata,Jindal,Indal,or equivalent ISI Brand) as Rafter at regular intervals using screws/ clambs on all rafter etc in parallel level and gradient.cost include cutting,hosting,welding, Applying primar coat on GI tube.etc..
Supply, fixing GI prepainted roof sheet of 0.5mm thick of (ISI approved) usingself driven fasthers with metal and rubbers washer etc..
Supplying fixing GI prepainted ridge sheet using self driven fasters with metal and rubbers washers with max overlap
Brick work 6" in cement mortar of ratio ( 1:4 ) 1 cement : 4 Msand
Earthfilling for floor concrete,cost include supply of materials,transportation,loading and unloading etc...
Plain cement concrete of ratio 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement : 1.5 Msand : 3 Aggregate ) ,Use 20mm size aggregate stone
Plastering with cement mortar ( 1:4) 1 cement : 4 Msand , 12mm thick one coat with neat surface finish
