(A) At Laksar end. Work of conducting SFRA Test -Ist,tan Delta and Winding Resistance test etc at 132kV Substation Laksar end in rest position at plinth before shifting of Transformer,submission of the report in 03 sets to engineer - in - charge including cost of all material, labour and T&P required for the proper completion of work.

Work of Shifting Oil Filtration Plant and Transformer oil storage tank from 220 kV S/s Roorkee to 132 kV Sub Station Padartha including loading / Unloading / Shifting / carriage etc. with making arrangement as welding, de-welding, drilling, fabricating flanges etc. required to connect the centrifuging machine to all the storage tanks and Transformer drain valve for the successful transferring of oil including cost of all material, labour and T&P required for the proper completion of work. work also include shifting back of oil filtration plant and transformer oil storage tank from 132 kV Substation Padartha to 220 kV S/s Roorkee.

Work of transferring of complete transformer oil from transformer conservator tank/ radiator tank etc. to empty drum seprately with proper arrangement including cost of all labour and T&P required for the proper completion of work.

Complete dismantling of all connected accessories of 40MVA Transformer including Bushings, Turret CT, radiators, cooling fans, pipe line of conservator tank, conservator tank, Equaliser pipe line etc incluiding cost of labour, T&P required for the proper completion of work.

Work of Sealing all the openings of bushing turrets cover plates, pipe line of conservator tank, equiliser pipe lines, all flanges with the help of nut, bolts and washer required for the proper tightening including gaskets including cost of all material, labour and T&P required for the proper completion of work.

Filling of Nitogen Gas (after creating vacuum) with Nitrogen gas cylinder connected to tank with pressure gauge.

Work of loading 40MVA Transformer from loading place upon trailer with the help of high capacity hydraulic jacks and required T&P with all the safety proof arrangements and other associated works required for proper and safe loading of transformer within the complete cost of all material, labour and T&P required for the completion of work.

Work of safe carriage of 40 MVA, 132/33 kV Transformer with all Bushings, Turret CT's, radiators, cooling fans, pipe line of conservator tank, conservator tank, Equaliser pipe line & NIFPES System, RTCC panel, Transformer oil drums etc of 40MVA transformer from 132 kV S/s Laksar to 132 kV S/s Padartha with all safety arrangements within complete cost of all packaging,material, labour and T&P required for the proper completion of work.

Work of Installing the Impact recorder on 40MVA Transformer before any movement either by dragging or lifting by jacks and submission of impact recorder reports at 132 kV S/s Padartha including cost of all labour and T&P required.

(B) At Padartha end: Work of Unloading 40 MVA Transformer from trailer to safe unloading place with the help of hydraulic jacks and required T&P with all the safety proof arrangements and its associated accessories within the complete cost of all material, labour and T&P required for the completion of work.

Work of conducting SFRA Test -2nd at 132kV Substation Padartha end in rest position at plinth before erection of accessories along submission of the report in 03 sets to engineer - in - charge including cost of all material, labour and T&P required for the proper completion of work.

Work of Pre-commissioning mandatory complete test of equipments before installing as per manufacturer manual and Indian standars instructions eg: HV Bushing, LV Bushing, Neutral Bushing, Turret CT tests etc required for the proper installation of Transformer. Submission of duly signed copy of test results to site incharge in 03 copies prior to commissioning.

Complete Erection of all connected accessories of 40MVA Transformer including Bushings, Turret CT, radiators, cooling fans, pumps, pipe line of conservator tank, conservator tank, Equaliser pipe line etc including replacing the gaskets if required within complete cost of labour, T&P, material required for the proper completion of work.

Work of centrifuging and filling centifuged transformer oil from Storage tank and drums to 40 MVA Transformer with proper arrangement including cenrifuge the transformer oil till the satisfactory BDV results acheived. The work includes all cost of labour and T&P required for the proper completion of work.

Work of complete Instalallation, testing & commissioning of existing NIFPES System of CTR make in the supervision of service engineer of CTR provided by contractor. Work also includes cutting of pipes, welding etc. complete in all respect.

DGA test of transformer oil of Main tank and OLTC tank .

Termination of all connection and inter-connection from RTCC Panel, Marshalling Box etc. by ensuring proper connectivity, all safety proof arrangements including cost of all labour and T&P required for the proper completion of work.

Transit Insurance of 40MVA IMP make Transformer from removal of transformer,dragging,shifting and transportation by trailor from 132 kV S/s Laksar to 132 kV S/s Padartha
