Taking down chowkhat or frame with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) exc. 1.50 Sqm but n exc. 4 Sqm each all as complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube supplying and fixing in opening as per specification and drawings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick style consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails, MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the cement all as welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F butt hinges 100mm cold rolled medium weight mild steel complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 125mm size, extruded aluminium alloy handles, fabricated type, anodised complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 150mm long aluminium tower bolts (ISI Marked) extruded type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 microns) work for partitions with slider frame of two numbers, allowing parallel tracks within the sliding frame with extruded up standard tubular sections / appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make, fixing with fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ required including cleats angle. Aluminium snap beading for glazing/panelling, CP brass/ stainless steels, screws, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for shutter of aluminium extruded sections weighing not less than 0.55 kg per RM, comprising outer frame and intermediate member as required. The shutter shall be infilled with 3 mm thick ACP (Aluminium Composite Panel) sheet of approved shade and make, fixed with suitable beading, screws and accessories incl handles, locks, stoppers, all fittings and fixtures, cutting, fabrication, assembly and installation complete in all respects complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 4 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.50 Sqm in each pane including Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frame or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, gazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Galvanised mild steel wire cloth 0.56mm of nominal dia of each wire and average width of aperture 1.18 mm and fixed with tinned tacks or galvanised wire staples complete all as specified and directed.
