Plastering with CM (1:4) in 20mm thick for floorings and wall plasterings/Ceiling plasterings including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges, cost of curing and fine polishing and thread lining etc., and complete for finished item of work as directed by the department (Cement will be issued by the department at free of cost)

Removing ,Repairing and Refixing of Doors/Windows with available materials at section office including cost of all leads,lifts, materials ,transportation,aldrops, hinges etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by department

Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 10m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material as per Technical Specification ., complete for finished item of work as directed by the department.

Laying CC (1:3:6) using 20mm HBG metal and 12mm HBG metal for flooring and for plinth protection etc including cost and conveyance of all materials at site, all labour charges with all leads and lifts, machine mixing, placing, ramming, curing, incidental charges etc complete for finished item of work and as directed by Engineer in charge.(Cement will be issued by the department at free of cost at KTPS Dept. Stores)

Supplying of 110mm PVC SWR pipes,3/4" dia CPVC Pipes, Health faucets,Taps,Showers & rain water down take pipes and fittings of Prince/Sudhakar make or equivalent quality of 4 kg/sqcm, including cost and conveyance of pipes, specials, couplers/ bends/ tees/ junctions, clamps, etc., Complete for finished item of work and as directed by the department. A) PVC Sewer Pipes of 110mm dia single socket - 4 Kg/Sq. cm

B) CPVC pipes 34.90 mm dia OD pipes - SDR 13.50 with specials

C) CPVC pipes 28.60 mm dia OD pipes - SDR 13.50 with specials

E) Supplying & fixing SINGLE BOWL stainless steel sink size 24"x18"x8 " (609.6 x 457.2 x 203.2mm) 1 mm thick with accessories with waste fittings like rubber plug, chain, 32 mm nominal size C.P. RCC M- 20 Nominal mix (Cement:fine aggregate: coarse aggregate) corresponding to Table 9 of IS 456 (for making of kitchen slabs) using 50% of 12mm size and 50% of 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal(coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like fine aggregate (sand), coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work as directed by the department. Cutting, bending, tying and placing in position of steel reinforcement of different diameters for RCC works , including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials ,including conveyance of steel bars, all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, welding, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge( Reinforcement steel will be issued by the Dept. at free of cost at KTPS Dept.Stores).
