FIRE FIGHTING:-Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of FM approved and UL listed microprocessor- based, true peer-to-peer networkable, 10 loop addressable Fire Alarm Control Panel (FCAP) with its own microcontroller memory, communication module, fire device loop interface cards for intelligent initiating and indicating devices and peer-to-peer networkable with other addressable fire alarm panels. conforming to UL 2572 mass notification systems & NFPA 72, with required accessories complete all as specified and directed by the engineer-in-charge. Make: Notifier NFS 3030 + DVC or equivalent model of Bosch, Hochiki The FACP shall meet the following specifications / functional requirements. [i] The FACP shall have one to ten isolated intelligent Signalling Line Circuits (SLCs) capable of connecting up to 159 detectors and 159 modules per SLC or 318 devices per loop. [ii] The FACP shall have a degrade mode and the loops shall work in degrade mode in case of the CPU failure. [iii] The FACP shall have 640 character LCD backlit display/ Touch Screen display, full QWETRY program keypad, LED indicators viz. power; fire alarm; supervisory; system trouble; other event; signals silenced; point disabled; CPU failure; controls active; etc. membrane switch controls viz. acknowledge; signal silence; drill; system reset; lamp test; etc [iv] The FACP shall have four access levels, flash EPROM, 240 VAC power supply, automatic battery charger, 24 V sealed lead acid batteries, sufficient for 24 hrs normal working and 30 min in alarm condition.
[v] The FACP shall have manual sensitivity adjustment up to nine levels, built-in alarm; trouble; security and supervisory relays, history file with 4000-event capacity in non-volatile memory plus separate 1000-event alarm-only file, keypad operation, LCD unit to indicate fire / fault signal of individual unit, in built printer to log all incoming data, etc. [vi] The FACP shall have integrated 8 channel digital voice evacuation system controller capable of broadcasting evacuation messages on the same peer-to-peer network, fire fighter's telephone two-way communication system capable of supervising all the speaker circuits with adequate zone control and accessories etc. NOTES: [i] The FACP shall be servicable by any system integrator & shall not have dependency on specific system integrator. [ii] The FACP shall have feature to "ADD", "EDIT" & "DELETE" field devices like detectors & modules without dependency on PC / Software / Special tool / dongle.
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of FM approved and UL listed Network Control Display (NCD) capable of full supervision of all inputs and network integrity, having10" high definition 1024 X 600 colour touchscreen display, environmental adjustment controls to maximize LCD legibility, LED status indicators (for power supply and off normal condition), network connection, three USB connections, trouble relay, tamper and trouble inputs, etc. and features viz. network-wide acknowledge silence, reset, lamp test, fully programmable node-mapping subsystem, colour coded icon based event notification, event vectoring, etc. along with UL listed non-resettable 24 VDC power source complete all as specified and directed by the engineer-in-charge.
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of CO sensor transmitter for basement ventilation automatic fan control system having electrochemical diffusion, electrolyte type Gel-based (no leak, no membrane rupture, no orientation problem and no false alarm) sensor element / cell, measuring range 0-300 ppm, response time T90 < 50 s, warm-up time (first time) < 3 minutes, IP 65 protection, sensor coverage area > 700 sqm, etc., suitable for working temperature -20 to 50 °C, 15- 90 %RH (non-condensing), 18- 28 VDC (overload protected), 4-20 mA linear output, UL 94: V2 flammability rating, complete all as specified and directed by the engineer-in-charge.
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of FM approved and UL listed addressable relay module to provide FACP a dry-contact output for activating a variety of auxiliary devices, viz. fans, dampers, control equipment, etc. having built-in type identification, integral LED indicators, high noise immunity, SMES screws with clamping plates for wiring ease, direct-dial entry of address, etc. complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

ELECTRIC INCINERATOR:- Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of Portable type Eac Electric Incinerator complete with SS 304 having combustion Job chamber supported with electric coil having burning capacity 50 KG /Batch (average burn out time 1.0 hour), operating voltage 220/440 volts, comprising with the following (a) Burning/Combustion Chamber:-Incinerator has a combustion chamber, completely made of Stainless Steel (304 Grade). (b) Electric Hot Plate: Electric Incinerator should be fitted with hot plate for easy burning of the wet wastes. EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of rated sandwich type (3L+N+PE) busbar trunking system complete with two runs of 50 mm X 6 mm aluminium earthing strip and accessories all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge. The BTS shall conform to the following technical specifications: [A] GENERAL [i] The busbar trunking system (BTS), both feeder and plug-in, shall be of sandwich construction. All components and fittings (straight length, elbow, tee, flanged end, cable tap-off box and circuit breaker etc.) shall conform to IEC 61439-6:2012 or UL 857 and shall be procured from the OEM of BTS. The BTS shall have IP 65 protection with canopy for outdoor application and IP 54 protection for indoor application in accordance with IEC 60529: 1989. [ii] The rated operation voltage of BTS shall not be less than 1 kV. The neutral conductor shall have the same cross-sectional area as the phase conductor and the earth busbar shall be provided on both sides of the housing.
[B] CERTIFICATE [i] The busbar, of full range and each rating, shall pass full type tests specified in IEC 61439-6-2012. The certificate shall be issued by an international independent testing authority, e.g. ASTA. KEMA. UL, ERDA, CPRI etc. [ii] A product safety mark, e.g. KEMA-KEUR, ASTA DIAMOND, UL and ERDA, CE, etc. shall be on the product offering a visual assurance of full product safety testing, factory inspection and ongoing surveillance under independent authority. [iii] The BTS shall be certified for siesmic tests conforming to IEEE 693-2018 for seismic zone V. [C] SHORT-CIRCUIT RATINGS & TESTS [i] The entire BTS (busduct and plug-in box assembly) shall be capable of withstanding the short-circuit of electrical installation without undergoing any electrical, mechanical or thermal stress under fault condition at a service voltage of 1 kV at 50 Hz frequency. The minimum rated insulation voltage shall be 1 kV.
[ii] The minimum certified short-circuit withstand capacity for 800 A rating shall be 50 kA for 1 sec. [iii] The minimum certified short-circuit withstand capacity for 1000 A rating shall be 50 kA for 1 sec. [iv] The minimum certified short-circuit withstand capacity for 1250 A rating shall be 65 kA for 1 sec. [v] The minimum certified short-circuit withstand capacity for 1600 A rating shall be 80 kA for 1 sec. [vi] The minimum certified short-circuit withstand capacity for 2000 A rating shall be 80 kA for 1 sec. [vii] The minimum certified short-circuit withstand capacity for 2500 A rating shall be 80 kA for 1 sec. [viii] The minimum certified short-circuit withstand capacity for 3200 A rating shall be 100 kA for 1 sec. [ix] The minimum certified short-circuit withstand capacity for 4000 A rating shall be 100 kA for 1 sec. [x] The minimum certified short-circuit withstand capacity for 5000 A rating shall be 100 kA for 1 sec. [xi] The minimum certified short-circuit withstand capacity for 6300 A rating shall be 100 kA for 1 sec. D] HOUSING [i] The busbar trunking housing shall be constructed of 1.6 mm thick electro-galvanised steel and shall be provided with a suitable protective finish of epoxy paint. [ii] The busbar trunking housing shall be totally enclosed non-ventilated for protection against mechanical damage and dust accumulation and it shall be tested for its characteristics offering resistance against corrosion. It shall also pass at least 1000 salt spray test to ensure its anti-corrosion ability. [iii] The totally enclosed housing shall be manufactured by the BTS OEM and modifications of busbar trunking to make it totally enclosed by housing other than the busbar trunking OEM shall be unacceptable without written consent of the OEM. [E] BUBARS [i] The busbars shall be of aluminium with tin / silver plating at joint and conductivity of the joint shall be > 60% IACS [ii] There shall be no bolts passing through the busbars of the BBT. [iii] Each busbar shall be insulated with Class-F (155 ⁰C) multilayer PET insulation. Epoxy and Mica insulation shall be unacceptable. [iv] The temperature rise at any point of busbar trunking enclosure shall not exceed 55 ⁰C above the ambient temperature of 40 ⁰C when operated at the rated current.
[F] JOINTS [i] The busbar trunking joint shall be of one-bolt type utilizing high strength steel bolt(s) and Belleville washers to maintain proper pressure over a large contact surface area. [ii] The bolt(s) shall be torque indicating and at earth potential.[iii] The nut(s) shall be of two-headed design to indicate proper torque has been applied and shall require only a standard long handle wrench to be properly activated. [iv] Access shall be required to only see one side of the busbar trunking to tighten joint bolts. [v] It shall be possible to remove any joint connection assembly to allow electrical isolation or physical removal of a busbar trunking length without disturbing adjacent busbar trunking lengths. [G] PLUG-IN OPENING [i] The connecting jaw of a plug-in unit shall plug directly onto the busbar and have full contact with busbar itself. Welded tab at plug-in busbar is unacceptable. [ii] All contact on joint and plug-in opening shall be of copper strip in order to avoid external force damage on busbar while plugging in or plugging out operation.[iii] On plug-in busbar trunking there shall be three dead front, hinged cover type plug-in opening on each side. [iv] All openings shall be usable simultaneously. Busbar trunking shall be installed in such a manner that plugs are side mounted to permit practical use of all plug-in openings. [v] It shall be possible to inspect the plug-in opening and busbars prior to the installation of plug-in units. [H] SUPPORT STRUCTURE [i] Support structure shall be provided as per OEM's recommendation. [ii] Indoor feeder and plug-in busbar trunking shall be approved for hanger spacing of up to 3 m for horizontally mounted run and 4.88 m for vertically mounted runs. Outdoor feeder busbar trunking shall be approved for spacing up to 1.5 m for horizontally or vertically mounted runs.
[I] VOLTAGE DROP [i] The voltage drop (sending end voltage minus receiving end voltage) specified shall be based on the busway operating at full rated current and stabilized operating temperature in [ii] The 3- Phase line to line voltage drop shall not exceed 3.4 V per 100 feet length at 40% power factor concentrated load which may exist during motor starting. [iii] The line to line voltage drop shall not exceed 4.1 V per 100 feet at the load power factor which produces the maximum voltage drop in the busway. [J] INSPECTION / SUPPORT OF INSTALLATION [i] The installation of busbar trunking system (BTS) shall be executed by skilled professionals with minimum experience of 4 yrs. having sufficient installation base and pre-commissioning experience. [ii] The entire installation shall be directly supervised by the OEM. [iii] The OEM shall also furnish a commissioning report underlining satisfactory installation after the commissioning of BBT system.

[vii] All the necessary noble components (viz., structural, Door noble like hinge, Bush, Door alignment guage and Bus bar noble - Bus bar support, Close profile structure - horizontal & vertical) of the Panel shall be supplied by the OEM. Outsourcing of services for operation of Fire Fighting equipments, pump set of any cap installed at Water Supply installation, and Sewage Treatment plant etc in 02 shifts of 8 hours each including sundays and holidays by FGM and routine maintenance of Pumps, Machinery installed, all as specified and directed. Installation Location : Coast Guard Station Gandhinagar Details of Installed Machinery :- Sewage Treatment Plant:- 1. Capacity -15 cum/day--01 nos. 2. Air blower -08 nos. 3. Submersible Pump (3 HP) -04 nos 4. Submersible Pump (5 HP) -08 nos 5. Panel Motor Control --------02 nos Fire Fighting equipments:- 1.Fire fighting Panel 2. Jockey pump 3. Diesel pump Note :- (i) Operator will maintain the record of Chlorination. (ii) Maintain the record of installation as per format given by JE E/M (iii) Cleaning inside and outside/surrounding of installation are deemed to be included in the unit rate. (iv) The valves shall be operated on number of times, in a day as directed by JE. (v) Necesary T&P will be provided by the contractor for minor repairs if any, without any extra cost. Note for Item No 18.93 to 19.16 :- (a) The contractor has full resposibility to maintain the surrounding area neat and clean (b) Safety precaution should be maintained properly. Safety shoes,belt, helmet etc. required to the working staff would be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to the department. The same is included in this schedule. (c) T&P required for maintenance and repair work will be provided by the contractor without any extra cost. The same is included in this schedule. (d) Dress to the working staff will be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to Govt. (e) Daily attendance register, Log Book will be maintained by the contractor properly. (f) Daily attendance register,Log Books and statonary required for this work will be provided by the contractor wihout any extra cost. (g) The work will be carried out 7 days week. Necessary reliever will be provided by the contractor without extra cost to the Govt (h) Manpower involved in operation of plants can be utiised (rotation of duties) as direted by Engr in charge. (j) Tiimg of shifts shall be as directed by Engr in charge.
