Dismantling of damaged RCC roof projection drop/Chajja drop of breath 10 cm to 20 cm and thickness of 8 to 10 cm incl cutting/ trimming of exposed old reinforcement and making exposed concrete surface to receive 15mm rendering finished even and smooth in CM (1:4) with out using extra cement and applying two coat of exterior emulsion over a coat of alkali resistance primer. Complete all as specified and directed .

Taking down Cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. Building height upto 12.00m including necessary scaffolding and staging complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and application of Epoxy Zinc rich anti-corrosive primer coating on the prepared steel surface by brush the primer shall have a minimum specific gravity 1.75 minimum weight film thickness/coat 40 microns and minimum adhesive bond strength with steel is 1.5N/mm2 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Mix density 1060 kg/m3 , compressive strength (ASTM D695)-60/mm2, Tensile Strength (ASTM C307)-20 N/mm2, Flexural strength (BS 6319)-45 N/mm2. injecting low viscous grout mechanically about pressure 3.5 - 7.0 kg /cme, removing nipple after grouting and sealing with epoxy mortar etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Epoxy Bond Coat Nitobond EP Std bonding agent on old concrete surface to receive new concrete / Plaster which shall be an epoxy based two component resin system . The bonding agent shall be applied by brush & should remain in tacky state after application for a minimum period of 120 minutes at 35 deg C. The product shall achieve 40 N/mm2 compressive strength, 15 N/mm2 tensile strength, 25 N/mm2 flexural strength as per BS 6319 standards and 11 N/mm2 bond strength as per ASTM C881 standard. The adhesive bond to the concrete substrate shall exceed the tensile strength of the host concrete etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (Using 40mm graded granite stone aggregate) Cement concrete in surface channels and drains

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping / Benching including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and including necessary form work.

M&L for precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slabs (for Drains.) with plain faces set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry as per IS 2185, grade C5 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6

S&F reinforcement TMT steel bars of 10mm dia. and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping, hooking ends and binding with annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia. or securing with clips or welded complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished fair and even including mixing integral water proofing liquid admixture as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately under separate item here in after.

Supply only integral water proofing liquid admixture for plaster.
