bushes, shrubs,girth and smoll trees including depositing the

Earth work in embankment using selected soil, soft & hard murrum

excavated from approved borrow area / village tanks etc. Including

conveying, spreading in uniform layers, breaking clods and dressing to

the designed canal section etc. with lead upto 500m and all lifts (for

canals having capacity up to 300 Cusec) ( By Machinery )

Providing & Laying in position "NOMINAL MIX" cement concrete using

cement, sand and crushed aggregate by mass and machine mix for

C.C./R.C.C work incl. necessary formworks centering, scaffolding,

4 compaction by vibrator, curing as directed with all lead & lift etc 50 Cmt 3346

complete Without Dewatering and excluding cost of steel reinforcement.

(A) For Foundation concrete / General purpose. (a) C. C. Nominal Mix, M-

10 and MSA-40 mm

Providing & Laying in position "NOMINAL MIX" cement concrete using

cement, sand and crushed aggregate by mass and machine mix for

C.C./R.C.C work incl. necessary formworks centering, scaffolding,

compaction by vibrator, curing as directed with all lead & lift etc

complete Without Dewatering and excluding cost of steel reinforcement.

(A) For Foundation concrete / General purpose

(c) C. C. Nominal Mix, M-15 and MSA-20 mm

Providing 10mm thick cement plaster in single coat on brick/concrete

walls for interior plastering upto floor two level and finished even and

smooth in (i)Cement mortar 1:3 (1-cement:3-sand)

Cleaning of the hoeny comb /Female wasp from Dam, spillway gates, its

assembly, foot bridge plateform, H.R. gates & Canal structures &

buildings & any other structures one times of heonycomb one no.

Dewatering during excavation of canals, drains, foundation trenches etc.

by using pumps of suitable capacity either diesel or electric driven

including cost of labour, pipes etc. for delivery distance beyond 100 m.

Providing and fixing gauge plate of following size of material fiberglass

reinforced plastic with engraved bands width and figures with

9 necessary clits and fasteners and fixing the same at the site of work etc 40.00 No 11924.00

complete as directed For 0.30 mt. x 1.00 mt. gauge patti

Painting two coats of Coal Tar based black epoxy paint of approved

make on steel surface to give an even shade including cleaning the

surface of all dirt, dust, corrosion and other foreign material without

damaging existing paint and with all material, labour, equipments, tools,

consumables, scaffolding etc complete for hydraulic gates and

embedded parts,gate platform,girder etc

Oiling & greasing to gates & its components of Barrage incl. removing of

old grease, cleaning the surface and embedded parts and applying new

grease to and its components as directed etc. comp.

Overhauling and oiling greasing of CR/HR gates of

branch/distributary/minor etc comp as directed Branch

Clearing the silt from the canal/drain bed by a digging the same to the

required bed level and gradient including depositing the excavated

earth regularly in spoil bank for utilizing the same preparing the banks

after breaking clods as and where directed for all leads and lifts.(a) For

Canals Below 20 Cusec. & 0 to 1.5 m lift.

Providing and fixing guard stone as per I.R.C. type design including

white washing etc. complete.(ii) Fixing in C.C. 1:5:10

White washing with lime on wall surface (two coats) to give an even

15 shade including thoroughly booming the surface to remove all dirt, dust; 3500.00 smt 12.60

mortar drops and other foreign matter.

Synthetic enamel painting lettering of gauge mark (Patti) on the vertical

surface of reservoir incl. Scrapping & Rubbing for cleaning the surface

applying cement primer with all tools & plants etc. complete as directed

Providing and laying empty cement bags with good selected earth

17 including stitching and laying as and where required. (Polywoven bag of 1800.00 No 25.90

50 kg Capacity)

Spraying weed killer at Earthendam on LHS and RHS side for

periodically maintaining the outer prism complete for successive

18 times in 12 month by mechanical and manual means as preferable by 4.86 Ha 2187.50

actual site condition as required etc. complete as directed by Engineer -

Providing Unskilled Labour for various types of Loading

/Unloading,maintenance work required in Dam site Premises including Man

(Daily Wages)-Operating after the Instructions of Engineer-in-Charge. days

Cleaning of the spillway gates, leaf arms, tonion and its assembly, foot

bridge, DHU etc Ones per month, throughout the year with necessary gate per

material, equipment, scaffolding etc complete. [Radial Gate Size 12.50 year

Labour charges for servicing 160 KVA Desiel Generator including

servicing nozzale, diesel pump,premix coolant, lube oil, filter replacing

necessary parts as required changing old oil by replacing new oil

including all labour etc complete.
