CHAPTER -I : Dismantling & Demolishing

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead :

CHAPTER-2: Plain and reinforced cement concrete

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor, etc. up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete.

a) Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping, etc. and removal of form for the following items of RCC work at all depths and heights complete as per drawings, specifications and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

CHAPTER-3: Brick work & Plastering

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :

a) Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundations and plinth in :

Cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand)

15 mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) on internal surfaces of walls (brick or concrete surfaces) finished smooth with trowel including scafolding, curing etc., complete at all heights : (Internal rough side)

CHAPTER-4: Painting

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade

Old work (Two or more coats on existing cement paint surface applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer :complete all as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

French spirit polishing :

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :

White washing with lime to give an even shade :

CHAPTER-5: Doors & Windows

Providing and fixing pressed steel door frames conforming to IS: 4351,manufactured from commercial mild steel sheet of 1.60 mm thickness, including hinges, jamb, lock jamb, bead and if required angle threshold of mild steel angle of section 50x25 mm, or base ties of 1.60 mm, pressed mild steel welded or rigidly fixed together by mechanical means, including M.S. pressed butt hinges 2.5 mm thick with mortar guards, lock strike-plate and shock absorbers as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pre-treatment of the surface with including screws etc. complect, as directed by Engineer-in-charge:

(Profile C) Fixing with adjustable lugs with split end tail to each jamb

Providing and fixing 35mm thick Flush Door Shutters, with commercial ply with teak veneering on the both sides or approved equivalent make, core of block board construction with frame of first class hard wood including providing and fixing internal lipping with second class teak wood battens 25mm minimum depth on all edges of shutter, including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws etc.,complete all as per drawings and as directed.

Providing and fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross-section 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness .The laminate shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2 mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame.

Providing and fixing to existing door frames.:30 mm thick Glass Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP) panelled door shutter of required colour and approved brand and manufacture, made with fire - retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate for forming hollow rails and styles, with wooden frame and suitable blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings, cast monolithically with 5 mm thick FRP laminate for panels conforming to IS: 14856, including fixing to frames.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour casement/casement cum fixed glazed windows comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame, sash and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, stainless steel (SS 304 grade) friction hinges, zinc alloy (white powder coated) casement handles, G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Single / double glass panes and silicon sealant shall be paid separately). Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made. Note : For uPVC frame, sash and mullion extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Make by : Kommerling or Equivalent.

Casement window double panels with S.S. friction hinges (350 x 19 x 1.9 mm) made of (big series) frame67 x 60 mm & sash / mullion 67 x 80 mm both havingwall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead/double glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Areaof window above 1.50 sqm).

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . Providing and fixing 12 mm thick frameless toughened glass door shutter of approved brand and manufacture, including providing and fixing top & bottom pivot & spring type fixing arrangement and making necessary holes etc. for fixing required door fittings, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Door handle, lock and stopper etc.to be paid separately). Make : Dorma or Equivalent.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. complete.

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-incharge,(for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts,fasteners etc.).

Providing and fixing 100mm Vertical Blinds of approved quality & make with necessary screws etc all complete.

CHAPTER-6: Wall Paneling & Cladding

Providing and fixing of acoustic wall paneling and acoustic treatment to walls with 35 x 35mm thicksize saal wood frame work placed @ 600mm (maximum) centre to centre in both vertical and horizantal directions with 25mm thick fiber glass of density 48 kg/m3, woolinsulation, 12/8mm thick commercial plywood paneling with 25 mm dia holes to the extent of 1/3 rd of its total area finished in approved pattern with 3.5mm thick veneer duly melamine polish / Textured paint / luster paint of approved brand and shade / fabric paneling with 12mm thick soft board with fabric of approved brand and shade/wallpaper including the staging all complete

Stone slab (polished) work for wall cladding over 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with matching shade pigment complete with 18 mm thick Granite of any colour and shade. (clamps if provided shall be measured and paid separately).

CHAPTER-7: Flooring

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps,over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours, shades, except White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sq.m including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.

Providing & fixing in position Armstrong or equivalent wooden flooring with Engineered wood planks of 10.5 mm thick in approved colour, texture and finish, including cost, conveyance, all labour charges, all taxes etc complete as per direction of the Engineer in-charge.

Providing & fixing in position approved branded Synthetic loop pile capet 2 mm thick with 500 gsm passing flammability camphor test in approved colour, and finish, including cost, conveyance, all labour charges, all taxes etc complete as per direction of the Engineer in-charge.

CHAPTER-8: False Ceiling

Providing and fixing micro look edge mineral fibre tiled false ceiling of approved materials of size 600x600x16 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections ( galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross "T" of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600 mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the

1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, required cutting/ making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 x 37 x 25 x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash

fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. CHAPTER-9: Water Proofing

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion.Single socketed pipes including Coupler, Shoe, Bend and Clip complete.

a) 110 mm diameter

Water Proofing Treatment with Fibre Reinforced waterproof coating Removing The Existing Damaged APP Membrane up to sound Surface by Chipping or any other mechanical Means and carting the same at desired Location ( Civil Contractor Scope) Surface Preparation: Cleaning the surface with water / Air Blower / Wire Brush as per the surface condition for making the water proofing coating adhesion to surface. Coving -Repair and Re Coving: Localised repair of Coving will be done by chipping out existing area upto sound surface and Re Coving with re-plaster with Cement sand mortar admixed with Nitobond SBR Latex at a dosage of 3-5L/ bag of cement Crack Treatment: Identifying cracks and chasing & opening them in the form of “V” groove. Fill the “V “groove with NITOSEAL PU40, a single component low modulus gun grade elastomeric sealant/ Conbextra EP 10 Low viscous Epoxy Grout based on substrate condition

Surface Preparation: Surface to be free from frost, surface laitance and contamination free from loose aggregate or other sharp protrusions with fairly smooth finish prior to the application of primer Nitoprime AW for application of waterproof coating System: Providing and Application of Brushbond Roofguard, a single component acrylic polymer modified, elastomeric fibre reinforced waterproofing coating applied in two coats to ( Reinforced with 45 GSM Fibre Mesh ) for achieve required thickness ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand) and finished neat (item of laying brick tiles shall be paid for separately)

CHAPTER-10: Roofing

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50mm +/- 5% total coated thickness (TCT) Zinc coating 120gms as per IS: 277 in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns, sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches while transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12metre or as directed by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling / self tapping screws of size ( 5.5 x 55mm ) with EPDM seal or with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and GI limpet washers or with GI limpet washers filled with white lead complete upto any pitch in horizontal / vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Steel work in built up tubular ( round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.

CHAPTER-11: Plumbling

Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type water closet (European type W.C. pan) with seat and lid , 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe, with manually controlled device (handle lever), conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required, make : Hindware Code : Sleek Plus Single Flush Star white, with all fittings and fixtures / Hindware / Paryware / equivalent .(make : Hindware-20011)
